It is unrealistic to expect that there will be no issues when staying at someone elses home. What really made the difference at this home was that whenever there was an issue or just a question they were responsive and quick to help get answers no matter how small the question. The home was beautiful, just what we needed. The yard was big enough for my 2yo to run around to his hearts content. The hottub was lovely and just what we needed at the end of a long day. Having a crib for the baby was SO helpful. It really was a lovely homa and a lovely visit!

Updated and nice rental home. Modern furnishings and super comfy! Kitchen is equipped with all the dishes, appliances and cookware. Bring some things like aluminum foil or small conveniences if that is something you use. The bbq has all the tools organized neatly and easy to find. The jacuzzi water was clean and fresh! Perfect! Has a large yard and is in a very quiet and peaceful established community near markets (Sprouts and Kroger) and some good restaurants. The home itself is VERY clean! The beds are some of the most comfy too! Getting up and down the stairs can be a challenge to some because the steps vary in size and have a laminate lip on them. Just be cautious as you step but all good! The bathrooms are nice size and have great lighting. This rental is something I would recommend to my family or friends coming to DFW. Has garage parking with remotes. Correspondence with the property manager was 100% excellent!

This house was equipped with everything we needed. From the Hot tub, firepit , to the comfortable beds . We spent time watching movies, playing games, making smores and enjoying the hot tub. Great Neighborhood easy to find and access. Great home to host out of town family ,we hope to return for the summer. Thank you! Rose Anna

Great communication with property manager. The house had perfect amount of room for everyone to be comfortable. The location of the house is minutes away from EVERYTHING you need/want.

Overall, we had a good experience. Good communication up front, flexible arrangements, clean house etc. had a crib for our infant too. Everything was great, until we had a crisis. The foundation of the home had a hot water leak, which eventually made it untenable to stay in the home. When asking for a refund, it took forcefully navigating through several canned answers to finally get a refund to leave the property. Then, when pushed to make fair accommodations for a late check out so we could come back and move our belongings after this last minute adjustment, we again received several canned answers that clearly did not factor in the previous discussions we had, or the well-documented damages to the property. It took us messaging VRBO directly to get assurance that we would not get charged an extra day for a late check out, and the make sure they wouldn’t put another guest in the home with the leak. Overall, I would stay at the property again, but the property management company needs to either be trained significantly better or reevaluated.

Overall stay was great! There were a lot of cars parked on the street and it was difficult to get in and out of the driveway at times. The beds were very comfortable and the doggie door was super convenient!

Very clean and comfortable house with everything we needed for our stay. Walkable neighborhood with lots of greenbelts and parks nearby which was great for the kids. Pet-friendly for our retriever with an enclosed yard.
