Plenty to do nearby, nice accommodations

I had a chance to view the sunrise with a best friend! Hope to stay at Diamond Beach again! Had a blast in the lazy river and at the Beach close by.

This property was very clean with very comfortable furniture and beds. We enjoyed watching the pelicans, rocking on the balcony and watching beautiful sunrises and sunsets with a rising moon. This is our second stay here.

My only complaint is the beach because the listing appears like it’s beach front but it’s all rocks and you can’t swim there.

We enjoyed our stay in this comfortable and ideally located two bedroom at Diamond Beach Resort. Communication with management and owner was amazing from the get go through checkout. Very spacious floor plan located righ off one of the elevators. Gorgeous gulf view! We highly recommend.

It was very lovely and clean, however it seems to need a little maintenance (loose towel bars, painting ect)

This lovely condo is situated where you have a pelican show everyday. They get really close and fun to watch. Ocean view is great and the condo is very clean and comfortable. The master does have a hard mattress on the bed. We had a wonderful experience.

We enjoyed our stay at Diamond Beach Resort. Our condo had a great panoramic view of Galveston Island. It was also very comfortable. We look forward to returning.

Nice place with a excellent view, clean, comfortable and convenient with all the resort amenities. Staff at reception are super friendly and helpful! The 1 am check out was hard to meet but owner was gracious and allowed us enough time to leave without pressure. We really enjoyed our stay and definitely will be back.

Fabulous location and views. Nice touches upon arrival. Super comfortable bed. Rainy and cold during my stay but I enjoyed it all the same.

The property was beautiful with spectacular views! The check-in was a wild goose chase. We stopped at the rental office on Stewart to be told to go to the property address which had been emailed to us. We got to the emailed address which was a house at Jamaica Beach and occupied by a family. We were completely confused as to why this address was given to us. So, we drove back to the property and finally figured out what to do. The men on property who assisted us were professional and super helpful!! We were pleased with the property and had a relaxing stay. The only negatives were the crumbs on the floor under the dining room table, someone’s toenail clippings on the living room floor, and the long brown hairs on the floor throughout that were not mine. Made me think that the floors either weren’t vacuumed or swept well. The bathroom mats also looked dirty. For the price, detail to cleanliness was a disappointment. However, I would rate this a 4/5 for sure and hope that we are able to stay there again.

Beautiful place. Everything you need at one place. One of the best sun rise views around. Enjoyed the evenings on the porch especially since the sun goes down on the other side, no blazing sun in your eyes. Far enough away from the tourism but close enough to be in the middle of it in no time. A few things that could have been better. The sliding glass door to the porch was so hard to open that my wife could not open on her own. The bed was very hard. No view of the pool. The toilet valve never shut off causing the seat to be like a sauna. Beach access is minimal due to the sea wall. Other than that we had a great time at a great location on the west side of the island. Thank you for such a beautiful place with an awesome pool. We will be back!! Other

The condo was very nice, beds are a bit hard and the sheets were on upside down and backwards, but I understand there was a new maid. Everything was as described.

The condo was beautiful and spacious. It’s a bit of a walk to the beach but once you get there it’s quiet. We had a microwave break and they had a replacement there very quickly. The pool and lazy river were so much fun!

Rented this condo for a weekend getaway. Condo has great views and was perfect for us.

Lovely place with a staff on hand 24 hrs to answer questions. If we return to Galveston, we would definitely stay here.

I reserved units 701 and 702 for our family of 14. This unit was beautifully decorated, spacious, and well maintained. Pride of ownership is evident in this unit, especially evidenced by a note from the owner offering a cell phone number if the resort or unit falls short in any way. The parking spaces and keys/fobs were adequate for the unit’s guest capacity. By comparison, the 2/2/2 allowance for the condo sleeping 8 was not. The balcony furnishings are high grade and durable. In this unit, what you see is what you get. The six who stayed in this unit all week were comfortable and relaxed.....a true home away from home with an ocean and city view! The resort grounds are well maintained and the pools are awesome!

Beautiful condo! View was great. The only two things that were a bother was it was not easy to find. Then once we found it, finding the check in on 2nd floor was not mentioned. Also, there needs to be a way for people staying here to clean windows on the patio. Other than that, the stay was good!
