Excellent location. Clean and tidy.

Six people tend to need more than one car. Instructions did not make it clear there was only one parking spot. Would have helped if alternative parking suggestions had been made as it is an issue in that area.

Great location and facilities.

Lack of mirrors for getting ready. Needs a plug for the sink. The shower in the bathroom on the second floor needs to be more powerful.

The location of the property was perfect for us, it was extremely clean and the size of the house was perfect for our needs. It was reasonably furnished (a bit like student accommodation) but perfectly comfortable. Easy parking for one car and we found parking for the second car very close by (this may be more difficult at busier times.) despite the problems mentioned below we would certainly recommend this property.

We had a few niggles, mostly very minor. The outside light not working: the sensor light on the stairs had a battery missing which meant it didn't work: one window was smashed and taped up and another (the front door) was also broken. It was also unclear what recycling facilities there were (what colour bin was for what) The main problem though was that only half of the oven was working and we were there as a family of 6 with one small oven to cook Christmas dinner! However the office were really helpful and tried very hard to get someone to come out to look at it but, since it was Christmas Eve, this proved not to be possible (we managed, with difficulty). The firm apologised and, without asking offered us some compensation. This did not deter from a really good stay and, once these things are repaired we would wholeheartedly recommend this property for a stay in Southampton.

Nice cosy apartment, close to shops. Easy access to new forest and Bournemouth (what we came for)

Some Windows needed repairing, carpet in downstairs room looked a bit worn out
