The location on the beach just above the ocean made for an incredible view.

Could have been a bit cleaner.

Very well equipped, good location, beach was close and had a parking space. Laundry available on site although not in the house.

Would have preferred to have the washing machine in the house.

A carpenter working on our outside wall , for 6 days to fix the stairs going up to the first floor.

The dishwasher must be replaced , it did not even get butter off a knife . We had to wash dishes out of dishwasher and everything used after that. Ants all over, kitchen and bathroom.

The kitchen could have been better stocked. Non perishable items like salt pepper sugar would be nice.

The view and location were great...

cut out all the boilerplate email info that repeats everything and sometimes not accurately, i.e. COVID restrictions not updated. The communication should be clear, concise and bullet points for all IMPORTANT information. All general info should be attachments. Dripping bathroom faucet never fixed after a week and half of being reported, uncomfortable old bed, lack of updating to the unit, poor repair of lani furniture. Motel 6 gives more housekeeping services than Kapaa Sands. Much of the pool furniture had the straps broken. One of the two BBQs didn't function properly. No instructions on how they operated or what the heating levels were due to lack of markings. Door lock failed, but it was fixed quickly.

Great location on the beach. 6 Turtles live on this beach. Plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby. Even good coffee. Great base to see the whole island by car.

Was early August and a little expensive, especially with exchange rate against us Aussies.
