Had a really nice stay here. Beds were very comfortable and the location was within walking distance of the river walk and downtown site. Free parking was very nice! All the staff we interacted with was super nice.

The breakfast staff could use more help on the weekends, the poor lady was overworked but gmwas doing her absolute best.

walking distance to Ford Center, Nice continental breakfast. We didn't venture very far from here but what we saw was very nice and clean with absolutely no shady characters roaming the streets. a lot of other cities could take notes from this one.

the price was a good bit more than other hotels

Hotel is located close to historic home area and is walking distance to downtown, restaurants, the casino and the river. Room was good sized with very comfortable beds, fridge and microwave. Hotel has only been open a few months so everything is brand new.

we come to Evansville to visit family and this location was ax welcome change from the east side. it was also really nice

WE WERE OVERCHARGED BY$52.00! Unacceptable. No one said a word to us about additional charges. Terrible way of doing business.

nice rooms, great location

Breakfast was disorganized & usually not ready when stated, & I was charged more than the amount on my receipt. Was told GM would contact me & still nothing.

the STAFF is AMAZING. the room we booked was not available but they gave us a comparable room but the CC charge was $360. for a $250 room rate. it was explained to me that the taxes and the $30. “incidental fee” brought it to that amount but if there were no damage to the room?!?, we would get the $30. back. I have yet to receive my email receipt to verify these charges and refund. ODD experience. but again, our king bed room with panoramic views was quite nice. Rm#609 we had no regular coffee,Kleenex, and no soap because “the truck didn’t come in”. but the front desk was able to supply us later that evening. the location to our concert venue( Victory Theatre) was walkable.(6blocks)
