Location was quiet,though surrounding buildings not very pleasant.The house was very clean,modest kitchen, interior decoration quite impressive.Ideal for the size of our family.Really enjoyed our stay and the kids liked the house and bedrooms set up.The house was as advertised and was even better in reality.Close to Tesco,McDonald’s so shopping groceries was quite convenient .

The yard was not very clean,moulds at the back entrance area,needs clean up otherwise the inside of the house was superb and front was not bad either.The shower water did not come out quite well,it might need attention but the water was warm,towels and bedding very clean,four star hotel standard.

It had everything needed.

I took us 8 hours in the car to get to our location having to attend a family party that night. When we arrived the cleaners hadn't been in to turn it over from the last guests. No clean towels to even have a wash an freshen up. They did come round whilst we where at the party that evening and put it right. Leaving a card etc to say sorry. It did upset me and it did spoil our stay for that first day especially being told we can't check in early as it wouldn't be ready until 4pm. We essentially paid to stay somewhere unusable that first day. I had also left my expensive sunglasses in the downstairs bedroom, having asked for them back I've had no luck. So be sure you take all your belongings with you! I work in the b&b industry and I'd be appalled if one of my clients had to walk into a place like that, and or have items go missing!

Nice clean modern accommodation A bit far out of town but handy if you want the racecourse.

One bathroom downstairs off the kitchen. The shower was over the bath and it kept filling up with water when you were showering :-( I even went and got some plug unblocker fluid but it didnt work. No welcome pack. Considering we were only staying a few days a cloth and a dishwasher tablet would have been really handy. There were no little extras which you often find when renting properties.

The house is lovely and was easy to find and in a good location for exploring the area. House was cozy, beds and sofa comfy. Quiet street and although parking looked like it could be an issue we didn't have any problems (squeezed 1 car into the drive). We were a group of 6 and there was enough space for us all for a long weekend, but I'd say it's more set up for 4 people.

I'd suggest contacting the owner before booking if there's 6 of you, as there was only 4 dining room chairs when we were there which was a bit annoying. But he may sort that issue.
