Grand Room, Convenience of supermarket on ground floor, location vs train station, good restaurants nearby.
We were on ground floor adjacent to outdoor area so had to keep blinds shut for privacy.

The property was in an ideal location near Union Station. We were able to park our car and leave it there the whole time because there is so much to do within walking distance. We really enjoyed the space, especially the kitchen. As we were celebrating our birthdays, it was nice to have a full size fridge and dishwasher. The front desk was a little tricky to find, as the parking was in a different tower, but once I called them, someone came to find us and get us to the correct place. The front desk staff could not have been nicer or more helpful!
The only slightly negative thing that I can comment on is that there was no tv in the bedroom. We usually sleep with the tv on, but it was really no big deal.

Great location —-an elevator goes directly into Whole Foods, and the hotel is across the street from the airport train. Very comfortable, spacious room. It is a little unusual that the bedroom is enclosed without windows, but it works. Great walk in closet.
Love seat is comfortable but..a full length sofa would be better.

The apartment I stayed in was great and offered all the amenities of a regular apartment. Very clean. I loved the modern number pad to open and lock the door. The apartment seemed safe. This hotel is ideal for travellers coming from and going to the airport by train since it's very close to Union Station.
My safe was locked when I arrived and the hotel staff wasn't able to get a technician to open it during my three-night stay. They also told me they would keep me posted about any updates – which never came.
They don't clean the apartment during the stay. If you request it, it's an additional 150 dollars.

Great location and suited for young professionals. Walking distance to Coors Field, Union Station, and Larimer Square. Short driving distance to Tony P's Pizza and Little Man Ice Cream and access to the interstate.
Stayed in tower 2 and parked in Sentral parking. No issues going from our room to our car. Going back into our building was troublesome as our door code wasn't accepted. We either had to walk outside around to the front of our building or a Sentral employee used his code to get us in the tower.

The key card/code system was overly complicated and the staff was not helpful at all. Our code didn’t work twice and the front desk seemed annoyed to have to assist us with a new code, although they acknowledged that the codes often don’t work. We were also charged an early check in fee even though they said the room was ready. This may be a norm but I’ve never seen it.

Minor things. Rug in living room needs cleaning. Paint in room hallway . Nothing to stop me from returning. Free movie streaming would have been nice.

Due to the great location of being right downtown there was a bigger presence of homeless and drug use.

The check-in was a bit of a hassel. I had to park 3 blocks away just to check in before I could access the parking garage for the property.

The apartment was nice and roomy. One of the best fitness rooms for an overnight hotel. Nice outdoor pool, and great location.
The air-conditioning in the living room was like a tornado but very little air in bedrooms .

Location is amazing! We were able to walk to multiple places during our stay. Everything was great. The only thing I would want different was the parking. Great facility!
Parking has a bit confusing and difficult to navigate at first. You have to go through a third party app and pay by the day to access the garage which was a bit hidden.

the only recommendation I would have is for the bathtub/shower to have a safety rug and to add one bar for safety to get out of the bathroom.
