The location was great, the view from the balcony was really nice, 1 minute walk to the Captain Hook pool, the apartment was very clean and comfortable, plenty of towels provided, staff very friendly... Joker card included was the top benefit for us. Would definitely stay here again.

Spacious, modern and comfortable studio. Great location: walking distance to the ski lifts and restaurants. Fresh bread service delivered to your studio every morning was great!

Very good location center city. Big apartment with fully equipped kitchen. 2 en-suite bathrooms with shower & toiled in a 2 bedroom apartment was a great surprise. Communication via emails / messages with customer service went great.

Noone in the building during the day, makes it difficult to ask/ solve any issues, however small they are - like toilet paper & washing machine pods. Surprising that you have to pay for parking in the hotel's own parking garage. Maybe it's how the do thigs in Austria but we've been to other resorts all over Europe, winter and summer, and never had to do this. Since Saalbach/Hinterglemm keeps pushing the summer Bike Park activities, would be a good idea for hotels to update their storage areas to safely and easily accommodate bikes as well.
