Location is fine if you are visiting Loretto. Host was very helpful and responding promptly.

Host if really never around so can't really talk to anyone about places to do or eat.

La struttura è bella, ben ristrutturata, pulita e accogliente

Accoglienza del proprietario, molto gentile; camera grande con aria condizionata e caloriferi, bagno con tutto ciò che serve, posizione ottima a poca distanza dal centro e dalla basilica della Santa Casa.

La colazione non si effettua nella struttura ma al bar sottostante; è molto basica, nel senso che ciò che va oltre una brioche e un cappuccino o un caffè si paga in più. per chi ha intolleranza al glutine la signora predispone un dolce fatto da lei appositamente o comunque qualcos’altro; anche in questo caso la colazione compresa nel costo della camera consiste in una fetta di torta e un caffè o un cappuccino, se si vuole qualcosa di più si deve pagare come extra. Per chi ha problemi di deambulazione segnalo che non c’è l’ascensore, le camere sono al primo piano. Non c’è parcheggio riservato alla struttura ma abbiamo sempre trovato posto sulla via principale adiacente.

My family and I were very touched by Marco's initiative to communicate with us via WhatsApp prior to our arrival at Loreto Train Station and offered to provide a transfer to our accommodation from the railway station. Marco brought along his friend Francesca to assist with communication. They both were so willing to assist and ensure that our stay at Loreto was comfortable. We highly recommend the Accommodation to anyone wishing to stay in Loreto. Francesca made us feel very welcome and is a great asset to the Hospitality industry in Loreto!

Great location. Francesca was so sweet, spoke amazing English and also beautiful. Able to park right outside the door and a little pizza shop with drinks right next door. About 2 blocks walk to the incredible Basilica of the Holy House. We drove down to the Adriatic (just 5k) for a lovely dining experience on the beach. Grazie!

We enjoyed our stay. The place was clean, nice, cozy, and homey. The bed was comfortable and the ac/heater were working well, giving us a good sleep. We also had welcome snacks, thanks to the kind and hospitable owner, Marco. I will stay here again when I return to Loreto.😊
