Beautiful location on this little island. Porto Cesareo is a very nice town and there are very nice restaurants and bars close to the hotel.

The parking lot was always so full that lots of cars were blocked. Many times the reception had to try and contact someone to get their car out of the way. Air conditioning did not work. When we mentioned it at the reception, they did not seem to worry or even believe us. The hotel needs renovation. Hotel room doors have to be slammed in order to close. Doesn't really help when you try to get a rest in bed. The beach club with a very good stereo system for guest animation is for free and when their music is turned up, you hear less of the slammed doors. The private beach is secluded and calm, but not an enjoyable place compared to the nice public or other private beaches. For two nights in a very small room apart withOUT view to the sea we payed about € 500,- and for our dog they charged another € 50,-. When we questioned the pricing they just said it is due to the season (ok, it was in August, but in peak season it would be nice to at least have an appropriate air conditioning in South Italy). I had seen the hotel from afar during other visits and absolutely wanted to try a stay. Good that I saw its reality after two days.

Location is great, the parking on property was easy to access. We had a sea view with balcony room. The beach though small was easy to access and lounge chairs were included. The view from the balcony was very nice!

Property needs remodeling. Furniture old and dated. on this trip stayed in 12 different properties in different towns by far this was the worst value!!! The night we stayed there was a event at the club on property all you could hear till the wee hours of the morning was the bass from the music. Also most properties offer a breakfast included option......they wanted 15 Euro for breakfast.

Location is perfect. View from beach is great. However its a rip off for basic rundown facilities. Without breakfast 2nights for Eur388.- not even having a cashbox or water in the room is really bad proce quality relationship. Infrastructure and small basics outdated more by 20-30years

Really ran down, old fashioned, very bad price quality relationship

The hotel itself is in a lovely setting with a fabulous view across the harbour. parking was secure and private. we didn’t try and of the facilities being just a quick stop over so have no comment there.

there had been a mosquito massacre in our room before we arrived with the many bodies around the room left for our observation - a quick wipe down of the walls would have been better. the walls are very thin, from our room we could hear everything in the hall way and next door; improved when we closed the door between the bedroom and hallway/bathroom.
