The employers were quite nice

There were lot of noise during the night and increased early in the morning

Breakfast was excellent and the staff helpful and friendly.

We liked everything but the room was a bit small.

Very cosy hotel with a great location for walks along the Rhine. Super friendly night porter who can make great cocktails.

My mattress was a little bit too soft for my liking.

Very lovely and welcoming staff, I had a wonderful stay. The hotel was very clean and intimate, and the whole experience felt quite unique in a very positive way (as opposed to big hotel chains). I was traveling for business, so I was wearing the typical warehouse work clothes a lot, so it could've felt a bit awkward to stay in such a nice and fancy place, but the hotel staff really took great care of me, and I didn't feel at all like I was looked down upon (which can happen in some other places). The room I was staying in had a gorgeous view of the Rhine River. The breakfast was superb every morning, even though there weren't a lot of people staying there. I really look forward to coming back here.

The only thing that took me by surprise was the room layout. I was staying in a room with a double bed; the room had a small toilet, but the sink and the shower were in the main space with the bed. It was my first time staying in a room with this kind of layout, which is why it felt a bit surprising to me. But I suppose the room would've felt really tight and closed off if the toilet, the shower, and the sink were all behind a wall. Overall the room was very comfortable, especially since I was traveling alone, but if I were traveling with my partner it could have been a bit too tight, also because the closet was very small. I'm not sure if all rooms have this kind of layout or not, but again, it was more of a surprise, it really didn't hinder my experience at all.

As usual, one of my favourite go to hotels, amazing location and lovely boutique hotel feel to it

I booked an upgraded room extra for the jakuzzi which wasn’t working. It didn’t get fix during our stay which was actually the main reason for taking the room and we were not refunded the full price which I found to be really non customer friendly at all, especially for a recurrent customer coming all the way from the UK. The room didn’t have the usual great views that other rooms had. It was really disappointing.

That was amazing stay, near to the river, walking in the afternoon and the evening to the city center ... marvelous, the perfect breakfast with beautiful view, worth to be here

A very warm and friendly welcome. A fantastic choice for breakfast prepared individually due to Covid rules. The bedroom was cosy.

Great location right by the Rhine, perfect for an evening stroll. Room was clean but the size of a postage stamp. Breakfast was lovely in a beautiful light room with views over the Rhine.

Room was tiny and felt it was too expensive for what it was.

Everything, A fabulous hotel with wonderful amazing friendly and helpful staff, good sized rooms ,very clean ,comfortable bed, nice bathroom ,excellent and powerful shower, buffet breakfast is good with plenty of choice, nice bar and lovely terrace Area , great location in a nice and quiet neighbourhood, easy to get to from the autobahn, train station is about a 10 minute walk,
