loved the stuff, the bed was comfortable & the room/toilet was clean, and if you are a party person, that's your place!! would recommend it 💞

Good location for full moon and nice staff but after experiencing 1 night in this place I would not recommend

Booked 4 nights for this place over full moon and ended up leaving after night 1!! AC was placed in such a stupid position in the room - right above my bed resulting in all the cold air circulating around me once my curtain was shut, ended up waking up so ill. Sand in all the beds once arriving, my friends bed broken and nearly hanging off, had no curtain and squeaking on every little movement - the guy opposite us told us there was a bunch of guys in prior to us arriving who broke the bed, trashed the room and left bloody plasters all around. Spoke to staff early morning explaining the state of the room who said I had to contact the manager via WhatsApp. At this point I was so fed up so decided to book another place. Spoke with Loren over WhatsApp explaining all of the above, was offered a different room but at this point had already moved accommodation. Not sure why this wasn’t offered by staff in the first place when I spoke to them? I said this to Loren over WhatsApp and now haven’t had a reply in 2 weeks. Do not stay here, much nicer places on the island!

Amazing party before the Full Moon Festival. It's got to be the best hostel available. The outdoor facilities are great.

The AC in the rooms is not great, doors don't shut automatically, so it only takes one person to turn the room into a sauna. Only like 2 plug points for a room of 10+. It doesn't matter though, it's a party hostel so this is what you can expect.

as soon as we walked into our room upon check in there was potent smell poo. no locks on the doors the bathroom was disgusting cockroaches everywhere my female friend was harassed by a old man who was staying in our room, there was no age limit for guests. I would not recommend to solo travellers or anyone in general we checked out early because it was the worst place I’ve ever stayed in my life I’m Truly traumatised by my experience here. very misleading pictures the rooms look nothing like the photos they took our money for a taxi and didn’t refund us or provide transport somebody we met booked a private room and was told at check in they didn’t have any any available and she wouldn’t receive reimbursement the price of this place was extortionate beds were broken just about stood up holes and cobwebs in the ceiling above my bed cockroach found in bed the list could go on forever … DO NOT BOOK THIS ACCOMMODATION

The location was ideal for the full moon party. The room was cleaned daily. Very social.

The shower drainage wasn't great. Buckets could be cheaper.

Bed was a bit sandy from previous person’s stay.

Can hear everything including motorbikes and cars from your room and they don't turn the music off until 3am or later. I can still hear the bass pounding in my head. Party hostel. What are you gonna do.

It was more quiet because not full moon party time but still some people around and lots of staff and travellers hanging out. great pool and bar. lots of lockers. rooms have cool art and are fine. they told me about how the water pipes broke last full moon and they got a bunch of bad reviews, but i saw they replaced all the pipes and i had no problems.

beds are a bit hard, like everywhere in Thailand.

One of the best hostels I ve stayed in so far. Very nice volunteers, nice staff, good pool and dorms. There are tickets for the festivals to buy, as well as boat or bus tickets. The atmosphere was just amazing, with such a friendly vibe. A good place to remember!

• No working air conditioning. Got provided with a single fan for a dorm of 6 when we complained. • No running water in the taps, showers or toilets. We were shown to 2 working ‘showers’ in another dorm. Over 30 people where sharing these and i don’t think they can be classed as showers. We would have washed better out of a tap but there wasn’t any working:) • No locks on the doors and when we asked about our safety a worker said ‘nothing ever happens here’ • No lockers provided in our room. The manager claimed there were loads of lockers on the other side of the whole accommodation but would not show us where they were located. • We spoke with the manager/owner during our stay and he said ‘what can you expect during the full moon party, prices are good compared to other places’. This is a disgusting response. No running water is a major health and safety concern and using a party outside the property is poor. • Girls in our room got a partial refund and when we went to do the same we got shut down straight away. The owner claimed he was ‘busy’ and kept giving his staff excuses as to why we weren’t entitled to a partial refund! They tried as hard as they could to put us off getting our money back. We got showed texts which said ‘Ugh’ when our issues were brought up to him. Extremely professional behaviour for a hostel owner. He then proceeded to say ‘we will have 100s of refund requests’ and ‘If nobody is around we can offer 1000b back but only if no one sees or heres’. 1000b works out at £24 which is a disgusting offer considering we paid £390 for our stay in total. • The attitude of the management at this place is vile and extremely unprofessional. If you are considering staying here DON’T!! They are overcharging for rooms that don’t meet basic human needs or health and safety measures.

Location was good, but in comparison to near by nicer properties. Location did not justify price. The pictures of the rooms did not match what was shown on website at all, if there are different tiered rooms than that should have been advertised and we should not have paid what we paid. Would not have booked if we knew the truth. Dirty bathrooms with poor drainage in communal shower. Just not a fun stay.
