Clean place, very responsive staff

Too many beds in each room. Able to sleep 14!! Preferable to have room to move in the bedrooms especially for elderly. The sofa was too low for elderly/ less able people. No comfortable seating for elderly/less able. Missing basic essentials like tea towels, tin opener, washing powder, loo roll.

plenty of space, plenty of beds. ideal location.

bin not emptied and overflowing. the boiler pressure drops and the boiler therefore switches off about twice a day. the water pressure is poor so the toilet fills up too quickly if a couple of people use it at a similar time, it takes ages to flush away. a couple of the door/stair trims are unsafe and dislodge, my daughter cut her toes on one. the sealant behind the bath could do with refreshing.

We had 2 days with no toilet and a day with no heating they were both resolved fairly quickly and to be fair if these issues had not happened the stay was not too bad the neighbour is quite loud shouting at her kids till 11pm

the price was good, and location was close to town

The house is nicely decorated throughout, good size rear garden and parking out front.

The house absolutely stunk of cannabis, once we notified the host we were told we were lying because the cleaners couldn't smell it earlier in the day. After speaking to the host more and them threatening to report us for damaging a tap, which the only problem with the tap was the water pressure is too high, they threatened us with a bad review and charging us for said tap. This property is nice, if you don't mind the strong smell of cannabis, but it's certainly not suitable for a family. Be careful of the sofa as the arms weren't attached which resulted in my daughter falling and hurting herself!

Convenient location. Spacious house. Good kitchen.

Only one small sofa in living area. No cleaning products. Shower screen hadn't been cleaned. Overgrown garden at back and front. Would have been good to sit outside.

Decorated lovely, it felt very homely. Nice and clean, and the beds were very comfy. Very friendly neighbours too.
