Quiet neighborhood! Good location.

great location. Quiet yet walking distance to several shops, restaurants and businesses. Kitchen is a bit sparse but functional. Fenced in patio is great.

This space was perfect for our trip to the Breaders Cup at Santa Anita racetrack. Two spacious bedrooms for both couples in our group. The third bedroom which is really spacious too, set up like a childrens playroom, worked really well as a dressing room. I appreciated the full length mirror. Also this bedroom closet had the rod and some hangers for our dress clothes to hang. We appreciated the parking spot right out front for our car. Nice seating area on front porch for outdoor space. Located on a quiet alley, super close walk to coffee shop and some restaurants. The "kitchen", is actually nicely appointed. We were happy to have a coffee maker and used the cute plates, cups and glasses. We felt safe and comfortable during our stay. Appreciated the hosts communication as evidenced by helpful notes throughout the home. We would stay here again.

We were going to the Coldplay concert at the Rose Bowl So we needed something close by. It was perfect. Extremely roomy for 5 people. Tons of towels which was very nice bc we didn't want to do laundry. The washer and dryer is in the kitchen but fyi it's one you have to pay for. We didn't stay long so we didn't need it. Kitchen had small fridge which we didn't need a ton of room anyway. The bathroom has a beautiful shower with some extra amenities! Loved the outdoor seating area for morning coffee! Check in was extremely smooth! The area was safe and perfect distance to grocery stores and walking distance to shops. Definitely would stay there again. Bunk beds were great for kids and the bedrooms are huge.

It was a quiet property but it lacked of cleanliness, as the whole house and bed sheets smelled so bad, we had pay to clean them. Floors feel so unsafe, they offer food but all expired! Good place if it were clean:)

We were very happy with the rental. Everything was spotlessly clean and the bedrooms were quite large. Great location near hiking. Oh and despite everyone taking long showers, there was plenty of hot water.

Location, value, comfort; had it all.
