We had a wonderful stay at The Nut House in mid June. The house is very comfortable and very well appointed. It has everything you need. Cashiers is just down the road. There is very easy access to a grocery store, restaurants and activities. The view is beautiful. We enjoyed time on the porch looking at the lake. I would highly recommend this house!

The cutest house with an amazing view! Very well appointed and clean, close to hiking trails and a short drive to the highlands for dinner. Quick to respond and accommodating. Would definitely stay here again!

This was our second time to stay at this property. It is perfection. Nothing has been overlooked in order to provide for comfort and convenience. The Nut House is beautiful in itself, but those views are hard to beat. Close to town and also private and quiet.

Also…Millie answered every question so quickly…and even questions that had nothing to do with the house! We can’t wait to stay at the nut house again!

Everything about this house was perfect. It was beautifully decorated and had a wonderful deck with a gorgeous view of Lake Glenville. The kitchen was stocked with the nicest cookware, dishes and plenty of household items. We also loved the plush comfy beds. We hope to stay there again!

The Nut House exceeded our expectations in every possible way. It was the perfect home base for my husband and I while our boys were away at camp in NC. Every detail of this well-appointed home is so well thought out whether you’re staying for a weekend, a week, or beyond. From the linens and furnishings, to the pots and pans and the beautiful artwork, everything was top quality and made us feel right at home. We spent most of our time on the spacious deck admiring the lake and mountains views - and enjoying the constant breeze. We look forward to coming back with our boys sometime very soon!

Great property. Beautiful views of trees and lake. Quiet street. House had everything we needed. Downstairs is private and nice for children or another family. Easy drive to Cashiers and Highlands. 4 minute drive to the marina for boat rental.

We had a wonderful vacation at The Nuthouse! It was a beautiful home with a stunning view! The owners thought of everything- the beds were very comfy and the kitchen was stocked with everything you could possibly need. I loved all the decorative touches and artwork in each room that really made it feel like a home. I enjoyed reading about the history of the area as well. We really enjoyed the porches, and the fire pit. Unfortunately the last night had super high wind advisory- so we were not able to sit out there. However, we were able to enjoy the Basketball games on the large TV in the living room. The kids truly did not want to leave!
This cute home was very close to Cashiers and several hikes to amazing waterfalls. We enjoyed Slab Town Pizza and The Ugly Dog Pub! We ventured into Highlands one afternoon. We had a great time! Thanks for sharing your home!

My husband, 1 year old daughter and I had the BEST weekend at The Nut House! First of all, the home is gorgeous - all of the decor and furnishings are beautiful, but the beauty didn’t compromise the comfort because everything was sooooo comfy and cozy! We loved sitting on the porch, taking in the views, watching football on the outdoor tv and relaxing by the fire pit. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need to cook and enjoy meals at the house. The proximity to Cashiers, the Highlands, hikes and restaurants was great - close enough to plenty to do yet you still felt secluded. We hope to return next year!

This home is amazing! Stylish and comfortable interior with comfy bedding, kitchen with everything you need, and great outdoor porch with nice furniture to enjoy the incredible view. Perfect location - 5 min to Cashiers and 5 minutes to rent a boat from the marina. Great kids spot downstairs with open bunk room and lounge area. Would definitely rent here again, thank you!

We enjoyed the view of Lake Glenville! The house is well appointed and very clean. Everything is new. Highly recommend. Since it is so clean, leave time to clean up on the day of checkout. We were a little late leaving to get the house in the same shape as we got it. We loved it!

Absolutely perfect!
The Nut House is a wonderful mountain get away that will surround you with breathtaking views from inside and all porches while stylish interiors keep you comfortable and inspired. Truly a special place we plan to return! Location is scenic and relaxing but you will need to drive to restaurant and town when needed. Neighborhood is charming. Cannot express how incredible the entire experience was. A true gem!

Perfect location, views and interior design!
This property had it all! The view, the porch, the interior design/decorating! It was perfectly appointed and had everything you needed to feel comfortable. We had an issue with the TV when we arrived and the owners jumped on it quickly and fixed it. The neighborhood is great for evening and early morning walks. Tons of wildlife and the views over Lake Glenville were breathtaking! We will definitely be back!

Fabulous in Glenville!
My husband and I recently spent several days at the Nut House, and absolutly loved it, and couldnt have asked for more. The view, the wrap around deck, the beautiful decor, and tremendous hosts - 5 star all the way ! The kitchen has everything you could possibly need or want. It was wonderful to sit out on the deck and enjoy the view - peaceful and relaxing. We will be back!
