Once you stay at Sunset Memories Villa you will never want to stay anywhere else! The process of booking and working with Kristine the owner was easy. She was in contact with us every step of the way ensuring our stay was exactly what we were expecting. She went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed for our stay. Cleanliness is a big deal for me and my family and this home was immaculate. It had everything one would need for their home away from home stay. The home has plenty of towels and beach towels for guest to use and the double washer and dryer was defiantly a plus! The kitchen was stocked with all the essentials we needed to cook our meals when hanging out at the house. Our family took advantage of the amazing patio and pool area using the outdoor grill for several of our meals. The fire table was wonderful after a long day at the parks. Coming home and relaxing around the table was perfect. You will not be disappointed when booking at Sunset Memories Villa. This was our 2nd time staying at this home and we will most definitely be booking with Kristine again in the future.

Sunset villas exceeded our expectations! We did not want to leave! The house was very clean and so comfortable. The pool was perfectly warm, especially for February, and the hot tub was hot and so relaxing. Best of all were the sunsets and night swimming with the pool lights on. The kids had such an amazing time and so did the adults. We can’t wait to go back!

Highly recommend this villa. Best one we've stayed in by miles. Very good communication. Pool and views gorgeous. Spacious , easy to operate everything. Will be back. Ten out of ten and we stay in lovely hotels. Not in Orlando we won't be anymore. We will book this everytime.

Sunset Memories Villa was in a perfect location to get to Disney, Universal, restaurants, grocery stores, and many other activities. The house itself was extremely clean and updated. It is equipped with everything you need to have a comfortable stay! Everything looked exactly like the pictures. My family loved the game room, outdoor area(heated pool/hot tub), and themed rooms! The communication was thorough and responses were quick. This house is by far a family favorite. We would definitely stay here again! 10/10😊

This is a wonderful villa in a great location. We were really impressed with the cleanliness and condition of the villa. The contact from the owner was brilliant with prompt and detailed instructions which made the whole booking and stay stress free. We particularly enjoyed spending time outside as it was so relaxing. Even though we had cold weather we could still use the pool and hot tub as this was heated sufficiently. I would say that this villa has the best outlook on the whole of the Windsor Hills estate and the owners have done a fantastic job with the upgrades to the villa. The Windsor Hills resort is in such a convenient location to visit the theme parks with shops and dining on the doorstep. We didn't have time to use the community pool but it looked really good. We did manage to use the sports court for pickleball and that was great fun!

What a vacation!! It was the best family vacation yet. The amenties were amazing. The house was well decorated and well maintained. Clean!!! Amen!!!The kids and older adults had a blast in the game room. The pool and spa was an added bonus for Sunday Funday football!! Will I come back!!! 100%. The owners were quick to reply and happy to help. No devices needed for the kids! We had so much to do that the kids didn't even complain that their phones were dead! A MUST STAY. And the price was so resaonable. Just wished I lived closer. Thanks again..

We LOVED our stay at Sunset Memories and would definitely recommend it for larger families or a group. We had 2 families (8 people) vacationing together. Everyone had plenty of space, kids especially loved the Disney themed bedrooms and Harry Potter themed game room. We all LOVED the private pool and hot tub. It was so great for the adults to soak in the hot tub after park days and for the kids to swim morning, noon, and night on our days off. We also used and really appreciated the community pool and water slides. Hidden gem, super close to the parks (15 minutes from driveway to parking spot at Hollywood Studio/Magic Kingdom)!

We've stayed at several Kissimmee properties and this is our favorite! The host is wonderful to work with and attentive.

This vaca rental was exceptional in every way. Tastefully decorated, super clean, easy drive to the various Disney parks. Especially loved the fact that there are 3 master suites / full baths on the main floor. The pool was lovely as was the surrounding deck space and privacy. In addition to the actual property, the owner / host was amazing in terms of communication, clear instructions and helpful information when needed. We will absolutely re-book this property on return trips in the future-----.

My family and I have visited Florida no less than ten times over the last few years. This villa is by far the best villa we have ever booked. The quality of the interior, the standard things provided (like BBQ, games room), the pool area and extended deck, and the view at sunset all really set this apart. It is absolutely worth the cost - so book this if you looking for a villa in Orlando!!

The villa was in excellent condition and full of amenities for the whole family. We ran out of time and could have stayed much longer. Plenty of space with large bedrooms and communal area. All high quality and super comfortable. Kitchen well to provisioned for our needs. Pool was lovely and warm and clean as was the spa. We had very hot weather when we were there but the villa had great ax and fans to keep everyone cool. The community has a peaceful vibe and neighbours were considerate. Thoroughly enjoyed the villa and ideally located for all the parks. Very helpful owners before we travelled - very responsive. Would definitely recommend and hope to return in the future for a longer stay.

Our multigenerational family loved our VRBO. Great location and close to Disney. The pool and deck were perfect for family time. Communication was great with the property owner. The house had a lot of amenities and a great kitchen. Awesome vacation home.

We had high expectations of Sunset Memories and they were fully met. The outdoor space was brilliant - completely private with open sunset views from ample comfortable seating and even a TV. The extended deck and privacy makes this property truly stand out . Inside the property is tastefully furnished and exceptionally clean with every comfort. From 85” TVs to pool inflatables - the owners have really thought of everything ! Good communication with owner and house instructions very clear. The photos fully reflect the property.

So pleased with our choice of villa this year. Ticked all of our boxes and more and we're very fussy. We've stayed in many villas over the years and have never had any problems thankfully. We do try to beat each villa that we stay in though and this one definitely did. Windsor Hills is a lovely resort, very close to Disney and plenty of restaurants close by too. The security people on the gate in and out were friendly but extremely thorough in checking the validity of everyones vehicle plates. We felt really safe there. The villa is in a brilliant position and the sunsets were fabulous. The best views from any villa we've ever stayed in. Sitting on the lanai looking out for miles was perfect. Very spacious villa. Lovely comfortable furniture throughout, huge tv's in all rooms with a brilliant TV package that had everything. TV outside was also utilised a lot. Air conditioning in the villa was a perfect temperature as was the pool and jacuzzi. Beds are extremely comfortable. Bedrooms are all gorgeous with loads of space and filled with sunshine. Spotlessly clean with a mid week pool clean. I'd like to say that you pay a lot of money for a villa and there's always a concern that it will not meet your expectations. I would say that you will not be disappointed if you rent this villa. Its perfect.

This place was beautiful 😍 Pictures are usually nicer online then in real life. However, with this place pictures couldn't possible capture the stunning high ceilings, incredible cleanliness,comfy beds, and amazing attention to every detail to make your trip as comfortable as possible. The pool,spa,extended deck,privacy,and incredible view from a mini hill behind the house make this hands down the best place to stay in Windsor hills.The host Kristine is incredible and answers any questions with speed! Highly recommend staying here!

This home is simply amazing. The owners Kristine and Tim thought of everything! The home is completely renovated with theme bedrooms, an amazing game room area and beautiful decor throughout. The house was extremely clean, had all the amenities one could hope for when staying in a rental home. We spent a week at Sunset Memories and enjoyed every minute of it. The outside pool area is simply fantastic! From a fire table, to the loungers, from the outdoor TV area to the warm pool and hot tub this area quickly became our favorite spot to spend time. Early in the morning too late into the evenings we found ourselves enjoying all the amenities in their pool area. With the extended deck area we were able to enjoy the lounge chairs and the glorious sun all without feeling cramped. This area was wonderful with have and give plenty of room for families to enjoy. The kitchen was stocked with all the items needed to do your cooking at the home and also had a nice gas grill available for grilling! They provided plenty of towels for showers and had a large amount of beach towels for everyone to use as well. Having the laundry available was also a plus. Kristine and Tim the owners were so personable and friendly. They checked in with us during our stay to make sure everything was going as planned and making sure we had everything we needed. We will definitely be returning the Sunset Memories Villa and recommending it to our friends and family!

We had a fantastic 2 week holiday staying at this villa and I cannot recommend it highly enough. The pictures were accurate and it was absolutely gorgeous inside. Kristine (owner) was also so helpful and informative at every stage, which really helped as we had a lot of questions.. The villa is superbly located, both within Windsor Hills itself and in relation to all the main parks. If you’re considering it, don’t hesitate to book this place!

Beautiful home to stay in, very private backyard, excellent cable package. You can tell that the owners put a lot of effort into updating and renovating this home and did a beautiful job. The sun sets beautifully out back of the house. Truly a beautiful place to relax. Our kids loved it!

We met our daughter and her family of 4 at this lovely home for a family vacation. The home is cheerful and very clean. It was perfect for a family with small children because it offered so many of the necessities. We were able to use the pack and play, the high chair, a booster seat and one of the two strollers that were available to us. This was so helpful for them since they flew to Orlando for the trip. The theme rooms upstairs were amazing! We loved the pool. The water temperature was just perfect for the little ones! We even found floaties for the kids to use. We swam every day. The pool and the area around the pool was very clean and well kept. There is a beautiful sunset view from the pool deck. The clubhouse was easy to access. The staff were helpful and the area was clean. I was afraid that it would be difficult getting into the gated property. We were given excellent instructions that worked perfectly. When we had other family that decided to come visit, I was given passes for them within an hour. I felt like the owners went above and beyond with instructions so that there would be few questions or problems. When I did have a question, it was answered promptly. There are so many wonderful features to this home. I doubt that I could name them all. We felt like it was the perfect place for our family getaway.

We just returned from our stay in Kissimmee at the Sunset Memories Villa and our experience was amazing. The house was everything we hoped it would be. The pool was perfect condition and temperature, the hot tub was amazing and worked perfect. The extended area around the pool that this house provides really opens up the back yard and provides beautiful area to relax in the sun and watch the kids enjoying the pool. Our kids really enjoyed the games room and the bedroom details in the kids rooms were awesome and the gaming room. The house was preset at ideal conditions and we never had to adjust any settings in any room. The owner obviously knows the best settings for the time of year. You can't beat the location as we didn't have to travel no more than 5 or 10 minutes to get groceries, shop or dine out. As well you are as close as you can be to Disney without staying on a Disney resort. The owners also made things very easy with regards to registering at the resort, gate access in and out was efficient and we enjoyed the resort community pool and play areas. We have stayed at houses previously in Orlando area twice and this house was by fare the best and if booking again we wouldn't hesitate to book this house again.

The house is as beautiful as the pictures show. The pool is clean and relaxing. The back patio is where we spent most of our time because it was such a great hangout area. The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. Everything had clear instructions and was well labeled. The owners are very quick to respond and super helpful throughout the entire process of booking and our stay. The only downside was that we weren't able to host a team dinner (not everyone was in the same house) - it would be amazing if there were visitor waivers available to allow for a team dinner with pool time. I highly recommend this home - especially if the entire group is in one house. Such a wonderful place to stay!

This was our fourth time staying at Windsor Hills and our first time at this property. Kristine is awesome! She answered all of our questions and attended to all of our needs during our stay. I’ll have to say, meeting Steve, the property manager, was one of the highlights of our trip. My family wanted to find reasons to get him to come back and visit. Haha. Everything about this property is just as described. We had an amazing time and will be coming back soon!!

Our stay was amazing from beginning to end! The villa was so clean and had plenty of space for 2 families to spread out. We especially enjoyed the lanai, it was large and had multiple seating areas, and a warm pool and hot tub. Kristine (the owner) was very responsive and easy to communicate with. We drove into Disney several days and it was a short trip. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

I feel like I cannot fully express how wonderful our stay was at Sunset Memories Villa. We talk daily about trying to figure out a way to come back again next year. The house feels brand new, and the layout is perfect for extended families. The owners are very responsive and helpful, and have thought of every detail. The charging cubes on almost every end table was a huge help! The living room has the biggest tv I’ve ever seen. Beds are comfortable and I wish I would have looked at the brand of pillows in the primary bedroom because I miss them! What really made this an extraordinary trip for us was the outdoor space. The extended pool desk and fire table were our favorite part. We were out there every night when the kids went to bed. My 5 year old LOVED the tv outside and watched Sponge Bob for hours from the pool. The free pool heat and grill use was awesome as well. Our only regret is that we didn’t plan more “at home days” to spend even more time at the house.

Our family of 6 recently stayed at Sunset Memories, and had a wonderful experience. The house is lovely, and so is Kristine! There was plenty of space for us, the pool was well maintained and warm, and the extra space on the patio cannot be beat! We love visiting Windsor Hills, and this is by far the best home we've stayed in! We will definitely be back! :)

One of the best homes we've stayed in, best by far in Orlando! The home was clean, had quality furnishings, comfortable beds, and plenty of towels for our party of 9. This community actually enforces a car limit, no need to worry about load music and parties from your neighbors. If you haven't stayed in Orlando before, parties are a major problem in other communities. You can tell the owners are invested into making this home a great experience. The pool table, arcade, fire pit, large patio table, loungers and outdoor tv were just some of the greatness. Kristine was incredibly responsive and provided us with everything we needed before, during and after our stay. Loved the location and the sunsets. We will be staying here again on our next trip to Orlando! Thank you Kristine for a great experience that our families will always remember!

For our family vacation down to Disneyworld, we knew without question we wanted to stay offsite to be able to stay in a large home where we could truly unwind and relax on our off days and nights while visiting the parks. We didn't want to feel restrained. At the same time, we didn't want to sacrifice the reassurance and high end feel of staying at a resort. After a TON of research, I came across the Windsor Hills community and specifically Sunset Memories Villa. Despite being a newer home to the market, I could tell through the owner's reliable and thorough communication the extent and care of renovations being made to this property as well as the expertise they had in taking care of vacation goers. It was clear from the beginning no stone was unturned in making Sunset Memories Villa a premier home in the Windsor Hills Resort community. Windsor Hills, for those that don't know, is a stone's throw from the parks and has a great community area complete with arcade, shop, made to order food, water park and water slides. This, in addition to the abundance of features at Sunset Memories made it our winner. The owners kept me up to date of all the renovations being completed prior to our stay. Head to toe updates - new furniture, new beds, new linens, updated kitchen, massive televisions, and a luxurious backyard with privacy and a stunning sunset. We were absolutely in awe of how beautiful the home was and how tasteful the Disney/Star Wars/HP character touches were - they were so fun for little ones while still maintaining the high end feel all over the home. Staying in the house was a breeze. Absolutely everything was labeled, making it clear what every light switch, button and remote did. The home was loaded with features (especially the patio) and the owners had a thorough binder of information on the home, neighborhood, attractions - it was all so easy. Emails and communication continued to be instant and reliable with the owners and management company if we had any questions during our stay. Some particulars (because I'm pretty detailed and thorough myself) that I enjoyed: ALL beds were super comfortable - soft while being supportive. Fans in all rooms. Water pressure in the showers was strong. Bathtubs for the little ones were big and clean. Thoughtful touches like strollers, tray and chairs for eating and step stools in the bathrooms for little ones. A/C worked great - thermostats on ground and second level kept the whole house a consistent temperature. Massive televisions were all smart TVs allowing you connect to your streaming services and watch your shows away from home. There really isn't a single thing the owners haven't thought of to make your stay as relaxing, comfortable and luxurious as possible. Everyone in my family loved our stay and I personally thought I was going to have to drag my mother out. We will absolutely book with Sunset Memories again when we return to the area!

Sunset Memories, for us, was absolutely perfect! Our party consisted of myself, son, daughter, daughter in law, son in law, childrens ages ranged from 6 months to 8 years Recently renovated, absolutely spotless and fresh, Quality bedding and nice white fluffy towels, Beds were extremely comfortable! It’s called sunset memories for a reason, the views of the sunsets are beautiful The pool area is much larger than any villas I have stayed in with new seating and a fire pit table, Nothing is too much trouble for the villa owner, instant replies and very helpful I have absolutely no hesitation in highly recommending sunset memories

Our large family had an amazing time staying here and would stay here over and over again! This house is beautiful, and the renovation has made this home brand new and perfect for a large family to gather without any comfort sacrifice! All of the beds were perfectly comfortable, every bedroom had a bathroom (which was key for our family of 10; 4 adults and 6 kids ages 4-15). We were able to all get ready and make it to the parks quickly with traffic being the only slowdown, be sure to allow for 30+ mins drive time to the parks because of traffic. The themed bedrooms and game room were a big hit with our kids, and the game room was a huge plus for us, we got to make lots of memories with cousins even during our down times. On our rest days, we lounged by the pool and enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub all day, and the pool heater was not an additional cost which is a huge value compared to other rentals in the area! The pool area is so private and while there are houses on each side, you never notice because of strategic tinting in the screening area. There are two dining tables inside and plenty of seating outside. There's even a tv so when our littlest kids needed a break from swimming, they could watch tv and snack and still be outside with us. We brought our favorite pool toys and the kids swam and played all day. There were ample pool towels, and are even a few puddle jumpers in the closet in case your littles need them. The hot tub was the first stop for everyone after a long day at the park and helped keep away the fatigue from walking SO much. They provide a single and double stroller in case you need one, and even have a little booster seat for the table in case you need it. We were blown away by how well this place worked for us and it really enhanced our vacation, I cannot recommend this place enough! We did not have any reason to contact the owners during our stay but they are available and ready to help if you need it, and also have a management company that is there to assist should the need arise. Just book it, you won't regret it!

Everything from start to finish was exactly as we could have asked for. From first contact the owner was welcoming and helpful and responded within minutes. When we arrived the house was way better than we could have dreamt of, clean and well kept, plenty of everything from towels to plates and appliances and the pool just perfect. Will recommend this property to everyone!
