We had a fantastic time during our stay. The property is beautiful and we had use of many kayaks and floats. The dock was large enough for the pontoon boat we rented. The kitchen was well equipped and had everything we needed and more. Jean was incredibly helpful and responsive when we had an issue with the plumbing. I would highly recommend this property.

This place has everything! Gorgeous water views, dock, small beach access, lake trampoline, fire pit, close to town and a nearby golf course, plenty of space/beds for a large group. Needless to say this place hits the spot!

We had a great week. The house location was perfect. Check in was super easy and the property manager was awesome and extremely helpful. Outside deck was great overlooking the lake and perfect for family meals.

8 adults and 2 children with plenty of room to spread out. Beautiful landscaping, everything one needs to vacation on a lake. Owners were helpful and very responsive. Clean and welcoming inside and out. Would definitely recommend.

Even before we arrived, the owner was very helpful and always got right back to us with answers to questions. The house was great and the location superb. The house has a paddle boat, kayaks. a water float trampoline and a first class dock where the grand kids fished every day and our 26' boat was parked and accessible all week . The landing to off-load the boat was very close by. We went to swimming holes on the river along the Kancamagus and the kids loved jumping off high rocks nd swimming. Highly recommend this property.

We absolutely loved this property. We’ve been renting in the area for years and this particular location on the lake was one of our favorites. We rented a boat for the week and it was so easy getting in and out of the area we stayed (no big rocks or obstacles which we’ve run into before). The house had everything — kayaks, trampoline in the water, lots of fishing was done off the dock and sitting around the fire pit each night was a treat as it’s right in front of the lake so views are beautiful. Overall a great experience. Thank you!

Amazing property, fully stocked with everything you need to enjoy a week at the lake! Kitchen was well equipped including an air fryer, tupperware, and plenty of dishes. The pots and pans were like new. Air conditioners worked great and kept the entire house cool. The beds were very comfortable. The owners were responsive and helpful when needed. Perfect spot for our large family!

And the fishing and WiFi didn't disappoint! Finally! Enough Great accommodations for our annual fishing trip for every fisherman in the family from age 25-85. Big bass! The host was very responsive and allowed us to check in a couple hours early. Excellent location, plenty of space for games inside and outside the house.

We had the best weekend celebrating my parents’s 50th wedding anniversary at the house. They house was large enough for all 3 generations to have space and still be together. Cooking for 10 was not an issue, the kitchen is well stocked. We spent most of our time on the deck- the view of the lake is spectacular. The kids had fun on the floating raft, I got to kayak- and there were loons! We would go back in a heartbeat.

We had an amazing week on the lake with family and friends in this beautiful home. The younger kids spent countless hours in the water off the dock and sandy beach area while the older kids loved going out on the boat in the relatively quiet bay. We had fun game nights on the large deck under an amazing full moon. It was a bit nerve racking making sure the twin 2yr olds were always safe, but that’s part of being on the water. The host was very responsive and helpful. Overall great experience.

Our family loved the house although it would be nice if all bedrooms had A/C. It was quite humid while we were there. The owners kindly brought over more fans for us. The dock is awesome, we were able to dock a pontoon boat and two jet skis easily. The owners are very accommodating! Overall it was a great vacation.

This house was the perfect location for our annual extended-family vacation. We especially loved the multiple lakefront sitting areas: morning coffee under the umbrella on the second story deck, afternoon cocktails out on the dock, and evenings sitting in the grass in front of the shoreline firepit. The dock easily accommodated the large (25’) pontoon boat we rented from Melvin Marina. Most mornings someone took out one of the house kayaks to paddle around the cove and nearby islands, and fished from the dock. Adults and kids swam off the dock and the beach every day. The house is a relatively easy drive to Wolfeboro and Meredith, with other restaurants and cafes closer by. The kitchen had everything we needed for the several nights we ate dinner in, and the open floor plan to the living room was perfect for family game night. As for sleeping arrangements, a couple of the bedrooms are very tight for 3-4 people and would be best for families with smaller kids. We ended up putting two teenagers on an aero bed and a couch in the basement living area and all was well. Homeowner Jean was great throughout the process, answering our questions almost instantly and providing clear instructions for check-in and departure. It’s a great vacation house that I would highly recommend to anyone visiting Lake Winnipesaukee.

We had an outstanding stay at this property. The home is right on the lake with its own private dock and a few kayaks and canoes available. We rented a powerboat from a nearby marina and docked it at the home overnight during our stay. The home is clean and well appointed. We grilled the first night and the Weber grill was in great condition with plenty of propane and a spare tank just in case. The kitchen had everything we needed, though we chose to bring our own coffee maker rather than use the available Keurig. We also brought our own towels, which was no problem. At night we sat on the dock and looked at the stars and made a fire in the fire pit and listened to the loons on the lake and the frogs nearby. Jean's house manual was straight forward and the house rules basic and simple to follow. We appreciated the restaurant recommendations and visited El Mariachi, the Mexican restaurant on the favorites list and had a great meal. All in all, we could not have been happier with this home and location and we were so sad to leave.

Jean's house was the perfect lakeside getaway for our group of 10 friends. The interior had plenty of space for sleeping and for spending time together as a group. The outdoor space was wonderful, with a large second-floor deck, a grill, a beautiful view of the lake, and a fire pit (which we used a lot since it was unexpectedly cold the weekend of our stay!) We also enjoyed taking the kayaks out to explore the lake. We plan to come back again!
