Very nice and clean. This would have been a very good vacation except for the partying neighbors with their loud music and screaming late into the night. They were the only loud renters within a 10 mile radius. If you want a peaceful vacation, this development is not an option.

The townhouse seemed brand new and in very good condition. The pool was excellent. We enjoyed our self from morning till night. And we would go again.

We had a group of moms and seniors who were coming to visit Zion and Tuachan Theater. We ended up adding a couple other state parks close to the house that were amazing. The house itself exceeded our expectations and the kids loved it! The pool and hot tub was a popular spot and we ate outside several times because the patio area was so nice and comfortable. The entire house was beautiful, very clean and well kept. Everything we needed was in the kitchen and very organized. The moms all enjoyed having private bedrooms with their own bathrooms and the kids had great rooms to share as well. We had one very minor issue upon arriving, but the management took care of it immediately. We had a great stay and would highly recommend this property!

House had plenty of pool towels and a selection of pool toys/inflatables. Pleasantly surprised to find a PS4 and Switch upstairs, which both kids and adults enjoyed.
Management also provided great customer service. We unexpectedly had to delay our arrival by a day but rather than lose that day, they allowed us to shift our reservation (the house was not booked immediately after us) and without charge. Thanks for accommodating us!
