This was a great place to get away for a few days. The food trucks, restaurants, and shops across the street are very convenient. Places like this are always completely booked through the summer so it was nice to see what we’ve been missing.

Perfect location! Close to the beach, midway on 30A so perfect in each direction for bike rides!

The biggest problem we had was trying to find our parking space because 2 workmen had their trucks parked in our spot and we couldn’t see the sign Love Me True. We drove past it 3 times until I realized it was blocked. To top that off we had a difficult time trying to find the workmen to move their trucks. I was extremely frustrated and upset. This is not the way to start a happy birthday weekend.

Close to Seaside town center and right next to the beach, the location couldn't be better. Nice place.

When we got to property it looked great - pictures as described . All shades were down in condo except one in bedroom that would not go down . It was Friday evening when we got there so I put up a towel so people could not see in bedroom . I called the next day and explained blind situation and that tv was not working . That said to charge both things and they should work ! Well - I followed all instructions for tv and it still wasn’t working so I got another remote ( there were 3) and finally got it to work . The blind however still had towel over window . Sunday they called to see if we got everything working and I said no . So about 3 pm Sunday this really nice handyman showed up . He showed me How to get all blinds up and down and he couldn’t get the one to work properly ! I said just put it down and I’m good . So he did ! He made sure the tv was working and I told him that I finally got it work by not using remote the book said . Then tues evening when we come in for shower - we had no hot water. They sent someone right away that was there for an hr and then had to call in someone else to help him . We had a nice stay and very convenient BUT alike I say a few hiccups ! I think they could have sent someone earlier for the blind issue since people could look in the window . Would I stay here again? Yes

This beautiful condo has everything you need to enjoy your stay, including an incredible screened-in patio. The true selling point, however, is the location--on foot, you can be in the market square of Seaside or on the beach inside of 60 seconds. We will definitely be returning!

As far as location goes - you can’t beat it. Short walking distance to the beach, restaurant, and shops, which was incredible. The only thing I would like to mention as a heads up for future guests is the size of the refrigerator. If you’re planning on stocking up on food and drinks you will definitely want to bring a cooler. Other than that, this condo was phenomenal and exactly as pictured/described!

I cannot speak highly enough of this property. This might just be the best VRBO I have stayed at to date. Although the property is not directly on the beach it is located exactly where the photographs indicate. The walking distance from the entrance of the house to the private beach access is about 50 ft. Having both private beach access and a reserved parking spot is HUGE in Seaside. While the public beach was busy constantly, the private section of beach never felt crowded at all. The parking spot is fantastic as well. Parking in Seaside can be hard to find and pricy so this is a huge plus. The house itself is absolutely perfect for a couple. Small enough to be cozy for a couple, but large enough that you do feel cramped. The whole house was impeccably clean, the kitchen was well stocked with essentials, and the bedroom and bathroom were excellent for a small house. The house also has a screened in porch with an outdoor shower that does wonders for keeping the sand from the beach outside where it belongs and keeping the floors inside clean and undamaged. Overall 10/10 property, and area to stay in for a wonderful vacation.

This was the perfect location to everything in town and to the beach. The house was nice and comfortable with everything we needed. Only issue was the blinds are automatic and the house upstairs being so close with the same brand blinds they would occasionally open or close ours as well. Loved it and would stay again!

You’re 3 houses from the beach entrance, and just a block over from the town square. We parked our car upon arrival, and never drove anywhere. Seaside is such a cute beach town and staying in the heart of it all made it so much better. The house was well stocked with dishes but bring extra paper towels, toilet paper, and trash bags as they only stock it with a starter pack. The fridge is small, but holds more than you think. We were also pleasantly surprised that it had a small freezer area with an ice maker. The shower on the porch was a game changer. To be able to rinse off at the house and not get sand everywhere was so nice!! The king bed was comfortable and our two little ones slept on the sectional in the living room. The sectional does have a sleeper sofa, but it’s so large and comfortable, if you have small children there’s no need to pull it out. Each cushion was like a twin size bed. Only one small con and that is the blinds in the living room allow the sun in, so if you have kids sleeping in there, they will wake up bright and early. We wished the blinds had more of a black out feature, but if that’s the worst thing we can say about the place, I’d say it’s pretty fantastic! We were also worried about it being a downstairs unit, but we never heard the upstairs guests. It was a quiet and private retreat for our vacation. We would absolutely stay here again!

The cottage was quaint and had everything you need, except a washer and dryer which was right on the other side of the door. It was only for use for the upstairs condo which was kind of a problem because you could hear them coming up and down the wooden stairs late at night to run the machine on your floor next to your living room. It would have been nice to wash our daily beach towels also. The location was wonderful as we were steps from everything and never had to use the car. I would only recommend using the upstairs condo next time as there were also a family with three children that ran constantly and could be heard quite loudly as there must have been wood floors only.

The property location to the beach and town center was fantastic! The unit was nicely decorated. The property management company was very responsive to our needs. There are 3 issues that anyone that desires to rent needs to know: 1. The refrigerator is the size of a dorm room refrigerator. We had to walk to the store each day and buy ice to keep in a cooler. 2. No washer and dryer available to the tenant even though there is one in the unit. It was locked behind a door and who doesn't need a washer & dryer at the beach. 3. The blinds in the unit are remote control. Each morning Mon - Fri the blinds would go up at 6:30 a.m. and Saturday & Sunday at 8:30 a.m. Even though we asked for help multiple times and the management company did send a repair man, he had no idea how to remove the programming. REALLY a no go for vacation when you would like to sleep a little later.

We had a fabulous time in Seaside. Where we stayed is extremely convenient to everything.

This property was in the best location we've stayed at in Seaside! It's 50 steps away from the town square and 50 steps away from the beach entrance. It was so easy to go down to the beach and pop back up to the house when we wanted to grab lunch. I was nervous it would be too loud and crowded being that close to town, but that wasn't the case at all. We loved being able to walk everywhere. The interiors are beautiful and look just like the photos. Perfect size for a couple. The fridge is a little larger than a mini fridge, so it doesn't hold much, but it was fine for 4 days. The bed was super comfy and they had tons of bath towels. The only con we had was that a couple checked in to the unit above us a day before we checked out and we could hear them walking around and making noise in the morning. Not a huge deal during the day, but something to note if you're a light sleeper. Overall, a great place to stay! We'll definitely be back!!

We had a wonderful stay in this Seaside property. It was clean and well appointed and we particularly loved sitting on the screened in porch and listening to the ocean - such serenity!

Great place and location is amazing. Low rating is due to property management company. The listed had said it had a washer and dryer. It did not. The property was also not very clean. Sheets dirty, long black hair in shower, dirty floors. We ended up leaving early and the property management company refunded us which was appreciated. Disappointing experience that could have been great if not for poor property management.

Perfect location and wonderful rental property.

The property was quite lovely. One minor issue that we had was no coffee filters ( which I solved by using paper towel). We arrived after 5 PM, and the general store had already closed so there was no place to buy coffee filters or coffee. That was a little inconvenient. Another minor problem was not being able to open the windows. I emailed and texted the management company about the windows and they sent someone out to correct the problem immediately. That was very impressive. Turns out the windows needed a handle to turn to open them and the windows that we were trying to open did not have handles on them. The paper shades were a little bit awkward not sure why the owner uses paper shades in such an exclusive property. Other than that it was a very lovely Property and we enjoyed our stay. We really liked the fact that The security guards came around regularly and were there to relieve any concerns we might have about security in the area. They were very personable and very attentive which made us feel very relaxed. The location is unbelievable, easy access to the beach, and to shopping by by walking or riding bicycles. It was the perfect getaway for two retired people who wanted to recharge and rest in between Thanksgiving and Christmas . We were hoping to be able to see the water from our location, but since it is on the first floor, the view of the ocean is obstructed by other properties. It’s only a few steps to the beach, so that wasn’t really a problem, except that we really wanted to sit on our porch and look at the water. We will choose the second floor property next year.

This little house was perfect for our stay. The location was absolutely wonderful, just 4 houses from the square. The bedroom was a great size and even though just one, there was plenty of room for our things…4 people. The kitchen was well stocked and the pull out couch on the living room was definitely a plus. The best thing was that the house was less than 20 steps from the beach access, practically in my back yard! I would recommend this house if you have a small party who’s in and out during the stay and sleep 4 at night.

Excellent location and lovely property. Nicely furnished, but definitely only big enough for two people. Says it sleeps 4 but it would be tight quarters. Steps away from the beach and the center of seaside. Very well equipped with lots of storage in bedroom and bathroom (which can be an issue with other properties.) Ate breakfast on the screened in porch a few mornings and walked into seaside a couple of days. And went to the beach every day. Been to the area for many years but it was our first time staying directly in Seaside. So convenient and not too crowded —since we were there off season. Biked into Rosemary a couple of days too. Highly recommend this property!

My husband & I stayed here 3 nights & it was wonderful. Clean, cozy, private feel, comfortable & just steps to Seaside town & beach. As the listing states there is no washer/dryer & we came prepared for that, much easier with a shorter stay. We were aware of this unit being below an upstairs unit but none of the reviews mentioned anything about noise upstairs, so we booked it. Turns out a family of 4 (2 little ones) were there 2 days of our stay & it was quite noisy with walking/running & voices projected down a staircase connecting the 2 floors with a locked door. Nothing they were doing was out of the ordinary or considered inconsiderate, but it did bother us. I still gave this rental 5 stars b/c we did still really enjoy our stay & the listing was properly disclosed as a downstairs unit, but we would probably not rent again b/c of that.
