This home is conveniently located to the beaches, restaurants and bars. It is a great size home with a perfect layout. What is lacking is some up keep and TLC. It needs major pruning so you can actually use the firepit, front yard, walkways and outdoor shower. Though we requested this be done, they only mowed the grass. Blinds crashed onto me when i tried to open them. Sink was clogged, but they did attend to that. All the upholstery needs a deep cleaning, all lightbulbs / lighting needs checked and replaced with proper bulbs, screen porch furniture needs repainted and cleaned. Everything was very clean, but just needs some attention to detail. No blow dryer in he home, but did come with 2 bikes that we used and enjoyed. I will look for another home in the future when staying on Tybee.

The proximity of the house to stores, places to eat, and beach is great. The bedrooms were nice in size and accommodates 7 plus one dog well. The screened in porch was very nice as well. The yard was unkept preventing us from Using the fire pit or grill. The gardens were so overgrown they were covering the Adirondack chairs and the majority of the paver patio. We t made the space much smaller and unable to use. Make sure you bring the trash bags and toilet paper. We were left with two dishwasher tabs so don’t do a lot of cooking! The home served its purpose for the week but I would not rent again.

Furniture was very uncomfortable, needed help with tv called 12/29,some one was supposed to contact me, I am still waiting, as much as I paid for rental I thought we would have some decent toilet paper besides one ply, the wash basin in one bathroom was loose and shaking, I would not recommend this place to anyone

The interior was clean and spacious. The exterior and the screened porch were very dirty and messy. Location was great!

The spacious inside floor plan was very nice and unexpected. The closed in side porch was also a nice touch. Kitchen was spacious however drawback was no cabinet space available for personal storage use. Much of the items stored were outdated and clearly used as a “old stuff storage” for owners. The dining table was very nice. Issues were outside area not cleaned and very congestive. Not conducive to outdoor enjoyment at all! The fire pit was broken with a hole in it as well as a leg missing. However this ended up a non issue as we had no place safe to utilize a fire pit altogether. Bushes too grown up, outdoor shower completely unavailable, back yard completely unkept and uninviting. No outdoor area cleared for socializing!! There were also issues with bathroom sink not installed properly and unstable. Bathroom towel rod coming out of concrete wall.

Clean, spacious house! Lots of comfortable couches, chairs & large kitchen table. Great residential area on the back river, away from the hotels & the ‘busy’ side of Tybee. But still a close walk to restaurants, bars & the main pier. Would stay here again!!

My two adult sons and their girlfriends and me had a great time in Tybee. Great laid back vibe, and this week was quieter at the end of the summer. We got in our sightseeing, nature hikes, time on the beach as well as several trips into Savannah which is so close. Folks in town were very friendly and we would love to come back (albeit a little cooler temperatures time).

I appreciate a clean place, especially the bathrooms. I love being able to walk to the beach and also in to town. I love how peaceful the area was.

It was a pleasant stay. House was perfect size for everyone to be comfortable.

Close to fisherman’s pier, kayak launch, stores, the inlet and the main beach. Great place. This is the second time we’ve stayed in this location. Great for the whole family.

We stayed at this house for a girls’ weekend in Tybee. It was within walking distance to the beach and was spacious and clean. We had a great time!

We were here for a full month and loved our visit. Great house that fit our needs perfectly. Close to the inlet and the ocean.
