This was our first time visiting Guerneville. The town is nice and quaint— cute shops and local restaurants to eat, and only a short drive to the coast with lots of hikes and beaches that were dog friendly. The house itself is gorgeously tucked against the redwood forest. It is a nice modern home with all the amenities you would want. We absolutely loved the deck and hot tub. Property management was quick to respond as our reservation was booked only the day before.

It was a short drive (or walk) to town and in between town and the armstrong woods. The property manager provided quick reply when we had questions and checkin/checkout was clearly communicated. We visited Armstrong Woods, the community center/Russian river near monte rio, and drove out to Goat Rock Beach.

The outdoor spa was also welcome.The common rooms are rather small and the steep and narrow drop in the driveway may be a challange to certain drivers, particularly if they have a larger vehicle and/or the neighbors on either side park their cars too close (as they did during our stay).We also called the property management company after checking in with a question/issue and spoke to Amanda. We never received a call back as promised. Not the end of the world, but worth mentioning.

The location of this home was amazing, nestled against the redwoods, yet close to the main town of Guerneville. Hosts were responsive when questions arose about the property. Home also had plenty of space for everyone in our party to enjoy being together or to find a quiet space when needed. Kitchen was well appointed and accommodated our cooking needs well. Overall, our group had a wonderful time spending our holiday in the midst of the woods, with easy access to multiple wineries. Very happy to have found this spot!

The property was perfect for our group. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed to cook and the property was close to the vineyards we wanted to visit. I wish we could have stayed longer!

There was nothing about this property that we didn’t like! The location is lovely, only a few blocks from the center of Guerneville and a good place to stroll with the dog. It was so quiet at night! During the day too. The redwoods behind the property added to the peace, and the landscaping and views from all the windows were so pretty. Good daylight inside the house, not gloomy like some places with tall trees. Room to spread out both inside and out; it was a treat just to sit and do nothing on the patio. The house was clean and had everything we needed. Our dog, who is very timid about noises he cannot identify, was completely relaxed, and that’s a good endorsement! I did find one bed too soft for my back but my husband was fine with it and I found another bed that suited me so got some great sleep. Didn’t want to leave, already scouring the calendar for when we can return! Highly recommended.

First, the basics: the house was spotless, well-supplied, comfortable and in excellent condition. We loved sitting in the Adirondack chairs in the front garden and relaxing in the hot tub on the back deck. The views from every room of the house were lovely, all evergreens and sky. The management company was exceptional -- incredibly responsive to all questions and needs.

This was such a lovely home surrounded in California pacific redwood beauty. The home was warm and comfy providing all the creature comforts. Sitting in the hot tub soaking up the amazing vibe of the redwoods. Grilled an amazing dinner or two w/some lovely local wine. Sleeping to the sound of that glorious rain. Great location ti visit small coastal towns and see the one and only Pacific Ocean in all its splendor and glory. The heady combo of it all made it hard to trek back home.

GREAT property for a small group of no more than 6 who can arrive in 3 and hopefully less cars.

You get a good idea of the property from the pictures. It has three plus bedrooms and three baths. There is a kitchen/dining area as well as tv/fireplace living room. Great outdoor space next to redwoods. It was clean, checkin was easy. I'd stay here again. Special thanks to the management company for going above and beyond. Some companies manage properties better than others, this one does it very well. Also, booked the property on VRBO because the price was lower. Be sure to compare when looking.

This property had everything that it promised. The place was sparkling clean and it was absolutely breathtakingly beautiful. The hot tub is super clean and cozy after a busy day. My friends and I had a wonderful time and we would absolutely love to come back. We go on a retreat every year and this was hands-down the best place that we have ever found. Thank you for sharing this wonderful property with us!

This home was perfect for our small corporate leadership retreat. We enjoyed being tucked away in the woods to clear our minds from the day to day grind. The property was clean and well kept, and we were just a short drive away from restaurants. Would love to go back with my family some day!

The home is very new and quite lovely. It's well set up with a lovely deck and hot tub right next to the redwood trees. It's also situated a bit lower than the surrounding houses, making it seem even more private.

Positive experience. Some spaces felt a little cramped, but this is a nice place overall. Great decor, and kitchen is well stocked.

This house is really clean and up to date. Very roomy yet offers a cozy stay with a gorgeous backdrop of the redwoods out back. Our group spent a majority of the time taking advantage of the newly updated deck.

Good size for an extended stay. A perfect place to rest and rejuvenate, away from city noise. There’s a Safeway and many local restaurants nearby so you can feel secluded but close to necessities. We had a wonderful stay with a toddler and two dogs. Dog owners please note that the back patio area is not completely fenced in. We brought long leashes so our pups could safely hang out with us outside.
