Needs shampoo, dishwasher detergent, firmer beds, repair celling fan chord, less noisy clothes washer, Coffee maker was not cleaned or emptied of old coffee in right side…keurig system.

Jake and I absolutely loved everything about the property and location!! Already planning a trip for December again! With Grandparents living 1 island north in Summerland Key and Key West a short drive south it’s ideal for us! Our daughters loved the bikes, and riding to the pool and hot tub! We got the kayaks out and enjoyed our stay to the max!! Thanks so much!!

Property is located in a gated community… very clean and safe. House is located right on the water with a dock if needed. Property has everything you need to keep everyone happy, kayaks, stand up paddle boards and bikes to explore the development. Only 30 min from Key West but honestly there’s no reason to leave Venture Out… great stay…. We’ll definitely be back!

Very secure, quiet and friendly with lots of amenities. The sunrise is beautiful! The house is clean, spacious, light, and comfortable. Neighbors are friendly. A very relaxing and slow pace makes it great for vacation. Excellent pool area with onsite store. Centrally located near beautiful beaches.

Renting was easy and hassle free.

Cute little house right on the water! Really enjoyed the screened in porch! Had a problem with a slow draining shower-owner was very responsive and problem was fixed very quickly! Would definitely stay here again!!

We were hesitant in booking a new listing...but so glad we did! I can't imagine a better property. Incredible views! The entire place is updated and like new and has everything we needed. We really enjoyed the shaded area under the property and the screened porch area so much! We grilled and used the kayaks and bikes. Such a relaxing and safe place! Owners great....we will be back!

Really great place! The pictures don't even to it justice! The views from this property are absolutely amazing! Our family fished, kayaked, paddleboarded and just relaxed here every day and into the night. The place is safe and secure, quiet, totally updated with a fully stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, super clean and did I mention how close this house is to the Ocean!? It's on it! It's waterfront, elevated, and like new. Having 2 bathrooms for our kids and us was great. Nice furnishings and TVS. Next time we are bringing our boat and pulling it right out front for storage. Storage area with a bait frig was awesome. Covered area was also wonderful to keep us shaded during the day and have cocktails at night too! Venture Out has a rec room that our kids played pool and ping pong and basketball courts, tennis and a giant pool. I can't say enough about our stay and Ellen and Ken were so great to deal with. Book it NOW. We will be back very soon!
