The communication and service were great. However, the building itself is very worn down and needs maintenance. The area where the unit was located had lots of vagrants and at times didn't feel super safe when walking around.

Could not find the garbage shoot to dispose of the kitchen bag. TV hung and remote would not work. Location was fine for what we needed. Master bed was comfortable, Soap and shampoo were low quality.

Clean, comfortable, and has pretty much all you’d need. We spent 3 nights checking out Hilo and this worked well. It felt safe and clean, and a good location.

Nicely updated condo with a small kitchen. We stayed on the 7th floor of the building and had no problems with getting an elevator. The building's hallways are dated but clean and quiet. It is close to downtown Hilo, and we used it as a base to visit some waterfalls, Mauna Kea and Volcano National Park. We enjoyed our stay here.

Condo was lovely! Nice, quiet and great location. Kitchen is stocked for cooking meals which was great. I would recommend they stock a pasta strainer and also recommend they supply several beach towels. A couple of fans would also be nice to move the air around. All minor items and even without these things, the condo was great. Property Manager answered any questions we had right away. You won't be disappointed with this rental! Love it. We had a great time. Thank you!

It had comfortable space for family of four, with two single beds in the second bedroom. The location next to the lagoon was nice, making daytime walkable access to Banyan Drive pleasant. There is one dedicated parking space. It is unfortunate the lanais don't face the lagoon park, but since it is a corner unit the master bedroom side window has a partial view of the park. The view of Mauna Kea is nice. I was told I would receive information how to access the room before we arrived, and that never did happen. The contact we were provided helped us obtain the information on the day we arrived, so the inconvenience was minimal.

This property is a very lovely, bright, comfortable place in Hilo, conveniently located, in a quiet building. The apartment served as our home base as we visited the east side of the island.On clear days great view of volcanos. Highly recommend.

We enjoyed staying at this property to visit Hilo. It’s a very convenient location (walkable to downtown but we also drove in a few times). Parking was convenient. The pool area is very secure and a nice benefit. We loved watching the planes coming in from the amazing master bedroom windows. Check in/out was a breeze. I would definitely recommend.

We loved our stay. Everything was exactly as expected!

Very comfortable and centrally located accommodations. The beds were comfy, kitchen, however small, was stocked with everything you need. The place was clean. Enjoyed it very much and would stay there again if we ever go back to Hilo.

The master bedroom is gorgeous with a large window overlooking the bay and a comfy king bed. Walk-in closet, large bureau, nice linens, good lighting, A/Cs, lanais! We didn't use the extra bedroom or bathroom much, but it was nice to have them available. Kitchen is small but well stocked with knives, dishes, etc. Why cook when you can walk to many wonderful restaurants? HOA rules seem strong at first, but made for a comfortable, quiet stay. Would definitely stay there again. Great value!

We enjoyed our stay at this property. The condo is centrally located and it’s easy to access downtown Hilo as well as grocery stores. The building itself is very dated but the condo is updated. We did not use the pool so I cannot speak to that, but I would consider staying here again.

The condo was clean and as described. We were contacted by the host before check in and had no problems getting checked in or with the stay. We weren't doing any cooking during our stay, but the kitchen is very small if you plan to cook.

The building is old and need some refreshment but the appartment is well renovated and equiped. Good instructions and quick answer from the rental owner with complete guide of the area. Great place! Building dates but loved the condo and location. Remodeled and ac worked well, no fans in bathrooms. Traveling w teenage boys, maybe a plug in fan would have helped a little. 😊
