Ocean Haus has a very nice main level. Pretty furniture and the kitchen is the best supplied with necessities and extras of any Hatteras home we've rented. Two of the bedrooms are quite spacious. Third is adequate. Outdoor shower is large.

We have had 2-week stays in Ocean Haus for 19 consecutive years. It is a cheery looking cottage with good ocean views and a screened porch that is perfect for outdoor meals. We love Sailfish Lane and the fantastic dunes and wide beach there. We love Ocean Haus for many reasons and will continue to stay there next year. This experience was my first time renting a house through VRBO. Based on the experience, I will never use a hotel again. Everything was perfect, and exactly as described. We enjoyed our stay here. Ocean views were better than expected from the pictures. The house could use some updating but has everything you need. There is plenty of room to spread out and an abundance of deck space.

The house was the best house out of the ten others we stayed in. The little touches of the platinum, two really nice bath towels for all guests, the wicker bag with goodies inside to the two ` to go ` cups was a really really nice touch. Dreamweaver has sweeping views of the ocean. The screened in porch with its picnic table and lounging chairs allows for additional ways to enjoy the ocean sights and sounds. Weather was cold and rainy, and yet we had a wonderful time just being together as a family. Milesaway 144 felt like home, even though we really were 500 miles away! Milesaway 144 was spacious, beautiful, immaculately clean, and kitchen had absolutely everything we needed. It was like being at home! Amorous is a beautiful home with plenty of room for our family. We loved the view from the top deck and from the hot tub. The other decks are really nice to be able to see the sunset.
