We loved this condo! A ton of space and a great corner, first floor, location with a view of the ocean. It also was fully equipped with everything we need: Beach chairs, umbrellas, toys, snorkels, boogie boards, towels, etc! The location was also perfect - close to everything in Kihei and Wailea and steps to the beach. Our daughter also loved having the pool and hot tub nearby! The owners were extremely communicative and a delight to work with.

We really enjoyed our stay. The property was very clean. Loved the view and being on the bottom floor. Such easy access to the beach. The amenities were lovely and we enjoyed them.

Our stay was absolutely fantastic! From start to finish, everything exceeded our expectations. Firstly, the location couldn't have been better. The location is perfect for anyone who wants to be close to the beach, restaurants and experience being centrally located for Maui adventures. The accommodation itself was immaculate. Tad and the team have clearly put a lot of thought and effort into creating a comfortable and inviting space. The apartment/house was clean and beautifully decorated. We were family travelling with toddler, teenagers and a grandparent. The house was comfortable for everyone and the amenities as pool, tennis courts were perfect. The kitchen was fully functional to cook breakfast and meals as needed. Tad was incredibly responsive to any questions or concerns. I would highly recommend this place to anyone traveling to Kihei area.

We have stayed at several condos in Kihei and this one was definitely our favorite. It’s the best condo on the property. The location can’t be beat. We watched whales from the patio everyday as well as watched the gorgeous Maui sunsets. It’s on the ground level and my boys were able to play football and soccer in the lawn constantly. The condo is well equipped with everything you will need for the beach! Tad and Kathy were so easy to communicate with. Parking and checking in was very easy. The pool and tennis courts were great. We look forward to coming back in the future!!

Property is literally across the street from the ocean, great unit, great property. We would come back in a heartbeat!

The condo itself was perfect for our stay, we enjoyed walking across the street to the beach and swimming in the pool! They have multiple grills on site, and we utilized those most nights of our stay too! Beds were comfortable, in fact we loved the quilts, which were the perfect coziness with either air or fans on. We enjoyed our stay immensely. If I had one thing that was bothersome to say, the road noise got to be too much at times, but again the fans on at night helped to drown that out. But most nights it wasn’t an issue. We can’t wait to come back, we will definitely want to stay here again!

Property met expectations.

We did not realize we’d be the first unit right across from the beach! Enjoyed watching the whales in the bay from the lanai. Very convenient to shopping and restaurants. We loved the Cinnabon shop! Appreciated the coffee, spices, and soap in the kitchen. We’d be very happy to stay in this unit again in the future. Thank you!!

Location was great, the property both inside suite and outside grounds were dated/in need of repair. + clean, comfortable beds + lots of seating inside + ground floor walkout was perfect for kids + A/C in every room + beach so close! - roof leaked in one bedroom under very heavy rain - bathrooms could use some love (leaky faucets, mold in silicone behind taps - wifi was pretty spotty - fans all squeaky - windows didn’t lock (had to lock with a spoon)

My family of 6 stayed in this property and it meet all the expectations. The location, amenities, and items the unit is stocked with made the trip that much better.

Tad's home was the perfect size and location for our large family including 4 teens (ages 14-19)! The living area, kitchen and bedrooms all had ample space with comfortable furnishings. Top private location on the ground floor across the street from Kam III. Lovely lanai looking out to the ocean for morning coffee and evening sunsets. Our teens enjoyed the large grass area for bocce and throwing the football. Best stocked unit we've ever stayed in for beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers, boogie boards and bocce. Easy to walk back and forth from the beach to the unit for lunch etc. Kam Sands facilities also great as our teens used the gym and hottub/pool daily. The condo was very well situated on the lower level in view of the ocean from the patio. Access to leaving the condo was very easy. The condo had everything we required from the kitchen to the beach stuff. The AC (all 3 bedrooms and living room) was very nice to have when required. Very clean and comfortable for my family’s. Tad and Kathy were very helpful and answered all our questions and addressed any concerns we had.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Tad and Kathy’s condo and are grateful we found such an amazing unit on late notice after rebooking from our original West Maui accommodations! Views from the lanai are perfect, kitchen was well-stocked, and they provided everything we could possibly need, from a pack n play and booster seat for our kiddo, to extra pillows and everything necessary for a beach day. We had plenty of space for my parents, my husband and myself, and our toddler. Unit was immaculately clean upon arrival and check-in/communication were great. Pool and shared BBQ areas were fantastic. The only downside for us was traffic noise from S Kihei Road, but as another reviewer noted, that’s the price of being in the middle of the action. Will definitely consider staying again if we return to Kihei!

Great property. Need the ventilation fan in master bedroom replaced, it never worked once. Also the tv in the bedroom closest to the main entry door doesn’t work either. Also the ice maker doesn’t make any ice. We made out very well otherwise. Awesome location. Would recommend to friends. Dan

Perfect location and very clean! The condo is very well equipped with everything that you need. The owners were very responsive and helpful. Highly recommend this condo! We had no issues at all with our stay. We loved the beach right across the street. The grounds at the condo were beautiful and very well maintained. We enjoyed grilling at the BBQ grills on the property grounds. They were very high end and clean! We will be booking another stay in the future for sure!

Our family enjoyed our stay at this unit. It’s the perfect location for walking to the beach, watching sunsets from the lanai, playing on the large grassy area, and so much more. The unit was fully equipped with everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again!

Great place for 2 adults and 2 kids. Just about everything we needed in the kitchen and for the beach was provided. The host was quick to communicate and resolve a small issue that came up.

This Kihei property was 110% ready for our family adventure. Stocked with boogie boards, beach chairs, coolers, hair dryers- absolutely everything we needed was provided! The location was amazing - a big yard for the kids to run in, close to wonderful beaches, shave ice options, easy/kid friendly restaurants and a lovely pool. We had an issue that popped up and the owner Tad was quick and responsive with clear communication the whole way through. Would defo. recommend and stay again.

We loved staying here!. Location is awesome. It’s a quick walk to the beach across the street which is great for swimming. The pool at the condo is a close walk and very nice. Not too crowded. The condo has the most comfortable beds ever and is very nice! Tad is very responsive and attentive to needs if they came up. Highly recommend staying here! We enjoyed it.

This is a nice property for our family of 5. Ample room for all with a centralized location in Kihei. Owners have kitchen stocked with all the necessities... just bring your food. Easy stroll to the beach and park. We walked to dinner each night. The lanai is perfect for morning coffee; reading and visiting. We watched whales from it on one afternoon. As this is a central location and close to everything; it is also on the busier side. This was not a detriment to our stay, but know that being in the middle of the action sacrifices some tranquility. We found the dishwasher with a note that it was out of order. Handwashing dishes on vacation is a bummer. A small token to acknowledge this from management would have been appreciated, i.e. gift card for shave ice, etc. Nothing over the top, just something to acknowledge that it being out of order was less than ideal on a premium property. Overall, I would recommend this property.

This worked out perfectly for my grandparents, my sister and my children. We loved sitting on the lania whale watching, playing ping-pong near the pool and riding the cruiser bikes we rented. All rooms were comfortable with AC. Kitchen worked well. All star service by the host who accommodated our late check out. Would definitely stay again and recommend to friends
