We needed a one night stay while watchingbour high school boys compete in the state swim meet. The house met our needs! It is comfortable and very clean.

My family and I stayed in Laramie to visit my daughter, who will be going to UW. This little house was perfect! It had everything we needed. We will be staying there again for sure!

Very nice property. Clean, quiet, everything worked, plenty of hot water, close to campus, restaurants, down town. See myself staying here again if my high schooler decides to go to U of WY.

This clean & cozy house felt like home every moment we were there. And combined with a quiet neighborhood in a convenient location made for a fun & relaxing mini-vacation. We look forward to staying in this Little House again! George

Extremely clean and well organized house. Quiet neighborhood. Loved the backyard picnic table for dinner on warm evenings as well as the backyard Adirondacks or front porch chair for morning coffee. Would absolutely stay here again.

Perfect spot. We stopped in on a road trip. House was super clean and an easy stop on our road trip. The homeowner was really easy to communicate with. Everything was great!!

The little house was the perfect base from which to explore Laramie and the Medicine Bow mountains. We loved the big, bright kitchen and small details, such as the cute Keurig and painted drawers and cabinets, that made it feel like a home.

The house was perfectly located for our getaway home base and such a cute place. It had everything we needed. The only issue was trying to stay quiet for the downstairs tenants. The floors are really creaky. We are night owls and you could hear the tenants downstairs leaving every morning around 6 am. So don't plan on sleeping in.

This home is a great place for a family or small group to stay in. Having the number of beds available was perfect for us as we travelled for a soccer tournament. The pull-out bed in the living room is small - smaller than twins I have seen - but worked ok for our teenage boy. Having a separate room with 2 twins was great for the teen girls in our group. Floor creaks A LOT, so we respected the nightly quiet hours but found that the creaks were what made the most noise. Home was clean and updated nicely. Rooms kept warm well even with sub-zero temps outside. Host accommodated us nicely when we added one more night last minute due to weather closing roads. Coffee was made available by the host, as was water in the fridge, and cooking oil - these were nice touches for us. I would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful place and close to everything.

The cozy house was cute, cozy, and clean. Historic feel but updated and cute! Loved the quiet neighborhood and location! Kitchen was perfectly stocked for the two of us. Would stay again!

The unit was clean, quite comfortable, had a comfy large bed. Nice to be in the tree area. The proprietress was friendly and helpful the only time I called.

We enjoyed the house, it was clean, comfy and close to downtown and the tennis center.
