It was perfect for my husband and I with our two dogs. Very quiet and the perfect location. Amazing views and clean house!

Very comfortable and welcoming but a bit out dated. Very very close to the water. A great beach house! Would definitely say again.

The house was beautiful with stunning views of the ocean! Rooms were very clean and comfortable!

The house is just so cute and the perfect size for a family or a small to medium group. It is right on the beach, sitting on the balcony you feel so close. It was pleasantly well suited for me and my little girl Kali and it was so nice to find a kennel and pet gates in the house already. The jacuzzi was great too. We also had a beautiful weather week. Okay so here are the reasons it did not get a 5 rating: Vacasa knew the stove was not working before I arrived but did not let me know until I got there. In the meantime, I brought a huge haul of food from Cosco mostly oven friendly so that I wouldn't be in the kitchen all week. They could have told me the stove was broken...:-( There are noticeable mtx issues that need to be addressed with deck and furniture. And all of that still wouldn't have been a problem for me but when I called after checkout to inquire about it getting fixed and ask about it, I got bad customer service from the last person I talked too. I called wanting to get a feel for whether I wanted to book again for next year and if those things would be fixed because the house is adorable but now I am definitely not sure. Bad customer service, sad 😔. It would have been perfect otherwise because we did enjoy the area.

Place was clean and had super easy beach access.. not a lot of beach goers and was just the perfect not over the top place to stay.. even had a crate for the pooch..

Missing screen door to the top floor left door. Contacted vacasa with was the house clean survey. With yes the house is clean, but we are missing a screen I was messaged back, vacasa would address it. We spent the whole week never hearing back? Also most windows would not open at all.

The location of this house was ideal. Our two young kids could walk to the beach and easily get in and out of our kayaks from our backyard dock. The house had plenty of room and I really liked the fact it had an elevator. It helped us with bringing all of our stuff in & we had a ton given we stayed for Christmas. We enjoyed the views from the top floor and it was a quick walk to the beach. The furniture was comfortable and we felt at home here. Oh Behave! is a beautiful vacation house in a great, uncrowded location. The pictures of the ocean view don`t do justice to the home. You can watch the sun rise over the waves from the top deck, and the sunset from the top master deck. The bedrooms were great sizes and the attached baths in the 3 master bedrooms was nice. The living room had a ton of books and some puzzles and games; the kitchen was well-equipped. The walkway to the ocean beach is directly across the small neighborhood drive, which is a cul-de-sac that has little traffic. We were comfortable with the kids (9?12) walking back and forth between the beach and the house. The Food Lion shopping center is within walking distance and has several smaller shops and restaurants. Access to the sound with restrooms is a short distance down 12 with a shallower and calmer spot for fishing, swimming, and water sports. It`s a short drive to the lighthouse and the rest of the amenities in Hattaras. The only issue we had was with the dryer, which ate some of our clothes. Hopefully this is fixed.
