Our family had a great time! The condo was well stocked and clean and the location can’t be beat!

It has what you need for a short stay. Only complaint I have is that the bed was not comfortable but that is just my preference. If you are like we are and bring your own food this is a nice stay.

The management company was incompetent. I did not receive the door code as promised. I had to call often and did not get the code until 5 hours after I was expected to get into my rental.

Booked this place for a weekend. The day of check in we were told it was booked through another agency for the same days. Cancelled our reservation the day of arrival.

The unit was clean and very well equipped. Plenty of kitchen utensils. Great water pressure on shower head which means a lot to me. Very comfortable bed on master but the Murphy bed not so much, also very noisy but it ended up working for our light weight kiddos. Community was well kept, pool was clean and with nice outdoor furniture. We will definitely recommend and will be back in the future.

This condo was perfect for my husband and I. It was a great location with easy access to the beach. It was a quiet property even with Sandfest Weekend happenning.

Great stay
Easy access to beach and very quiet and clean. We had no reason to speak with the property manager except to receive the entrance code to the rental. Everything was good.

Sweet Excape/Courtyard
The complex is clean and well maintained. Quiet hours were observed. The only item missing in the condo were the remotes for the ceiling fans. I did send an email after check in but did not see / receive the response until after check out. Great location for a short walk/drive to the beach.

Nice and quiet
Property is close to beach and has plenty of parking. The pool is nice. Condo was clean and had most everything we needed. The only issue we had, which was minor, but the shower head was loose and sprayed water everywhere while taking a shower. Water all over the floor when I was done. No mop so you might consider leaving a mop available for people. Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay. We will definitely return.
