Great & convenient location of this home. The views at this home of the sound is GORGEOUS! Host is accommodating.

Pictures don't do this place justice! The view from the top dock was unbeatable. Plenty of room to spread out. The only complaint we had was with the food trash that was left under a few of the beds and ants on the kitchen counter. Overall, it was a great place to stay.

This was my first time in the Outer Banks and I really loved it! The biggest plusses of this home are the bay views and the proximity to the beach. The layout of the home worked out for our dynamic since each family group had its own floor. Each of the three decks has something a little different to offer and we used them all. The one big downside is that the home was not cleaned properly upon check-in. There was sand in some of the bed sheets, and on the floor, moldy coffee grinds in the coffee maker, disgusting trash can, very dirty patio furniture, and other issues. (I spent several hours cleaning which was exhausting after spending the day on the road.) My concerns were never properly addressed though I gave the lister ample time. And was completely ignored by the owner. The property manager came over to help clean and change sheets. I asked for cleaning compensation, but never received any. We also had hoped to go paddleboarding or kayaking but there is a lot of seaweed with a strong odor along the bulkheads that make it nearly impossible from shore. I didn't realize that being unfamiliar with the area. The dock is lovely but too high to get in and out of a kayak or paddleboard with no steps. In spite of the rough start, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and looking at the bay every morning and sunset was a high point. The constant breeze off the water was sublime and the moon on the bay water was an awesome sight! Oh and if your arachnophobic, this is not the house for you. I guess they come off the bay I’m told.

Excellent property and location. We had a great family vacation. Great for running the roads along the bay in the early morning.

My family and I rented this house for a few days and loved it! Fantastic location on the bay with beautiful sunsets and sunrises. It’s also super close to adventure golf, the video arcade, go-karts, and the Dunkin Donuts. Highly recommend!
