When we showed up to the property, the cleaning crew was still there. They advised us the unit would not be ready for a bit. They were done maybe 1.5hrs after check-in time. This was after our 6 hour drive....Property management company advised us they could not refund us with an amount commensurate to the time we waited. Only option given to give us a late check-out. Mind you, a late check out would not work for us as we had a long drive ahead and we wanted to get out of the area before the Hurricane. They did not care that this would not work for my family. It was take it or leave it. The garage reeked of cat urine.

Overall this was a great time with family and served its purpose. There were a few things that need to be fixed in the house or cleaned up, but Russell was great once I made him aware and gave clear instructions on how to handle. He was great with checking in throughout the stay.

The pool was green and brown, there were bottle caps all over the ground in the backyard! There were also PILLS left in the bedroom unlabeled loose on the floor!! We were not able to swim the entire time we were there which was the point of the house. The pool person came and even told us that they had issues with the owners paying them!!! This house was not worth the money at all! If I could get my money back, I would. Completely disgusting! There was BLACK MOLD surrounding the bathtub/ shower in both bathrooms! The beds and pillows were so uncomfortable we didn’t even want to stay in the house. My family was happy to go home!!!!

The home was right on point for our needs! Pool was wonderful along with the grill that was provided on the patio. Kitchen is well stocked with plenty of pots and pans for large groups which is very impressive. The home is also very handicapped accessible which made our stay much smoother. I would definitely stay again at this location!! The boardwalk was right down the street and provides plenty of choices of entertainment and dining options

Absolutely love this place !!

Clean property with comfortable beds and plenty of room for our family of six to spread out. A quick walk to the Kemah boardwalk and a short drive to NASA - made for a fun trip close to home.

This was the perfect stay the night before our cruise. Lots of comfy sleeping options, beautifully decorated home, everything we needed!

Had a great stay overall, it was very comfortable and easy checkin, the rooms were spacious and kitchen was nice and roomy. We asked for a 1 hr late checkout as it was raining on and off in the morning but were denied, lots of bugs at the entrance door when we checked in at night, other than that no other issues!

Wonderful accommodations and friendly owner. Well described and plenty of room.

We all loved the house and plan staying again first Let’s talk about communication very helpful through everything second the house when I say so peaceful and beautiful it really is it was cold so we didn’t get in the pool but the fire pit was lovely the house was so clean as soon as you walk in you smell how clean it is and the showers especially in the master was so nice over 1000/10 thank you so much for my stay.

The house is really nice, clean and cozy, feeling like my own house, the pool is amazing too, We have lots of fun! Location is 5 min to Kemah Boarwalk! Really nice neighborhood! definitely, come back! 10/10

Overall we got what was advertised. Nice place, close to boardwalk. Communication 5 star. I requested for early check in because i was traveling with kids and my little one is just 15 months but i was only allowed to check in on normal time, 4PM. I couldn't find any sugar for coffee and just 1 little travellers pack of shampoo in the bathroom was clearly wasn't enough even for one night of stay, i would change that. Other than that, the place was kept clean.

We met here for Thanksgiving. Everything was great and it was a very well stocked kitchen. The pool was not heated and there was not a hot tub, but there was a very nice fire pit. The Internet was down when we first got there, but came up soon. we enjoyed our stay.

First of all, communication to me is of upmost importance. And communication with the property management and whole team was perfect. Seriously, thankyou. Second of all...this home was one of the most beautiful ive ever stayed in. We loved it! This home made it feel like home to us. Location was perfect for us. We really appreciate the cleaness of the whole place. And im looking forward to staying again!! THANKYOU!!!

This house was perfect for getting our family together for an early Thanksgiving. We have an elderly relative that appreciated the home being handicap accessible. And the rest of us loved the space and floorplan. Easy to gather for meals. Comfortable to gather in the living room to catch up. Will book again!

Spacious rooms, very clean vacation rental. Really enjoyed the kitchen w large island and very well stocked with everything a cook needs. Very comfortable home remind us of our pool home.

This was a lovely place with a ton of room. Swimming pool an asset. If needed we would be back.

This was a perfect location for my family!!! Less than 5 minutes to Kemah Boardwalk!! There were so many cozy beds and 4 bedroom. The pool was fantastic for my 13 year old nephew to enjoy and there was a park a block away. The cleaning service was leaving when we arrived and the house was very clean and smelled great! This house also lends itself to someone who needs a walker! No steps and lots of space to maneuver if someone needed it. The refrigerator made great crushed ice too! We didn’t get to use the fire pit but it’s a cool little outdoor spot to enjoy too! Definitely recommend this house and our family will stay here again!

The house was very nice, the pictures are right on to the appearance. Easy check in & out. Loved the pool. Kitchen well stocked with dishes & cookware. Only issue we had, shower doors wouldn’t slide well & had to be care they didn’t come off track. Would definitely stay there again.

I celebrated my 50th birthday with our adult children and their spouses in Kemah. Our day was filled with fun and when we were done on the boardwalk we returned to this beautiful home for an evening of cooking together swimming and games. The home was beautiful, clean and inviting. We all felt very comfortable and at ease, as if we were together in one of our own homes. Thank you for the memories!

Check in was extremely easy. Russell communicated with us on any questions we had. The house was absolutely beautiful. Large beautiful kitchen, plenty of comfortable beds. Very close to the boardwalk, stores, etc was located in a nice quiet neighborhood. We all loved the swimming pool and spent much time in it during our stay! Hope to get to stay again very soon!

I had a bad experience during our stay at this place they will not communicate with you when you address things that’s wrong the pool was dirty and had a lot of debris in it. Also there were dead bugs in the living room. The tub doesn’t work in the main bedroom asked about that no response but they will respond after you check out asking to leave a 5 star review for them.. never this is a 1 star stay.

Hello, well I would like to thank you for allowing our family to come together at your beautiful property. We are a huge family, and we are very close, so when we get a chance to come together and enjoy family time, it's always a blessing. So thank you. Now, there are a few things we would like to share so they can be addressed to other visitors or even us, as we would like to continue to book with you. The house was perfect and beautiful, but it was not as clean as we would have liked as we found ourselves cleaning and wiping things down and sweeping. The fridge was not clean, and the freezer shelves were broken and rusted. we noticed some damages around the door frames of which were there also, and I hope not to be charged. there were old coffee grounds left in the coffee pot with mold white and fuzzy. The pool was OK but could have been cleaned properly. There were not enough towels for a group of 13. Nor were there any hand soap in any of the bathrooms. Considering that it states that the house is inspected before the arrivals, it could have been cleaned more than it was. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, but we do hope that these things would be taken into consideration and addressed so you can continue to be a successful property. Thank so you

The stay was nice, park across the street, was able to walk our dogs through the nice neighborhood. Didn’t use the grill because it wasn’t cleaned from previous use. Cornhole bags and stands were left out in sun previously and bags were bare of stuffing, couldn’t play. We needed dishwashing tabs and they were brought over. Good communication. The last night cops were called twice on us. We were talking in backyard and apparently it was too loud. It was after ten but talking should not bring the cops. Other than that it was a nice stay.

House was great... but there were a couple of things that need to be looked at... Pool skimmer was broken and missing a net No soap in either of the bathrooms to wash hands No dishwasher pods to run the dishwasher The coffee pot was dirty The bbq pit needs to be cleaned out In the double queen bedroom... the bed against the wall with the closet door, the slats under the bed have fallen and if you go to sit on the bed you will fall through We really enjoyed everything else about the house and just wanted to let you know about these items before your next guest.

The house has a nice, homey feel to it. There's a big living area where you can hang out with friends and family, and the kitchen has everything you need to cook up a storm. But the best part is the awesome private pool! You can swim, splash around, or just relax by the pool with a cold drink. The Kemah Boardwalk is just a five-minute walk away from the house. There, you'll find loads of cool stuff like amusement rides, places to eat right by the water, and shops to explore. Staying this close to the boardwalk makes it easy to have a blast in Kemah.

Everything was nice. Couches had broken arm rests and mattresses were def not new and were not that comfortable. Pool stated it was heated but the heater had been out of service from last month per the pool person that came by to service itthe listing was changed to Private pool after I let the owner know. House was older and updates were being done it appeared. Bathrooms were dingy and moldy around the toilet and showers. Baseboards were very dirty and needed cleaning. Otherwise great place to stay and really nice location close to Kemah. Owner was easy to get in touch with.
