Nestled in a beautiful neighborhood is this slice of paradise, complete with every amenity you could possibly want when going on a relaxing beach getaway with friends or family! This gorgeous home has many large windows and tall ceilings allowing for abundant sunshine to pour in. The decor, the textures, and the modern style beckons you to sit back, relax, and enjoy conversation, a meal or snack, or simply to unwind by watching a movie. I had more than enough room for my clothing and toiletries and storing my suitcase out of the way. We had so much fun riding the golf cart to the private pool, to brunch, and to have a sweet treat of ice cream and donuts! And speaking of food, there are so many delicious options within minutes. Although we chose not to cook on our girls weekend trip, you would I definitely be able to prepare most any dish with the kitchen in this home! If you love to shop, you'll have so many adorable boutiques, shops, and more to find what you need. We had sunset views from the nearby beach as well as from the lake in the neighborhood! We enjoyed a beach day with the chairs and umbrellas too! I could not have asked for a more wonderful stay and hope to return again soon! Thanks so much, Sugar Sand Shack!

The house was spotless and comfortable - lots of hot water and good water pressure and super comfy beds (our main concerns when traveling). The kiddos adored the kids room and the beach chairs / boogie boards were nice not to have to bring / buy/rent! Coast was exceptional with all communications : we had a couple questions right away including the downstairs AC not quite cooling as expected but I've never seen such a fast resolution and we were back to icy cold with no interruption or discomfort! This house is a little removed from the hustle of 30A which was great for us and even though there was construction nearby, we were never bothered and it felt very quiet and private in this adorable neighborhood close to beaches, restaurants, Publix, shopping and activities!! Loved our stay and Coast as hosts!

Great house for our family of 7 for our Christmas Vacation. Very clean and had all the in-house amenities we needed. 3 minute drive to the beach and 5 minutes from 30A Rosemary Beach shopping and restaurants. We loved our stay. Also the Coast Team was super responsive to all of our questions.

We booked this beautiful home last minute, literally 2 hours prior to walking in the door, and the hosts were able to quickly respond to confirm. This home was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Exactly as photographed and described. We originally booked a different place through VRBO and upon arrival, it was not as advertised. After discussions with their mgmt team to cancel our stay, I found this unexpected opening that turned our whole trip around! Never fun to have the first day of your family trip, with 3 kids under 6, start out how ours did. Thankfully, we were all quickly back into the vacation mindset once we stepped foot in this place! Thank you Coast Team for making our spring break such an enjoyable vacation!

Our family enjoyed our vacation. This home was amazing in every way. We were planning our return trip when leaving the beautiful area. We would highly recommend you stay. The beds were so perfect! This house was fantastic. pretty rooms, nice master bath, well-appointed furnishings and overall, just a beautiful home. Pool was close by and having a golf cart to use was very accommodating. Shopping and restaurants were very close also. Good location.

I cannot say enough good things about the Sugar Sand Shack. It's the perfect location--a hop and skip away from the most gorgeous beach, a short golf cart ride to amazing restaurants, within driving distance to Destin, 30A, and PCB, but tucked away in a quiet neighborhood. It's truly the best of both worlds! The house itself is stunning and truly embraces the vacation vibes. The house is perfect for families as well as trips with friends. I can't wait to come back!

This is a newer construction in a nice neighborhood. I don’t believe it had been stayed in for a while. There were alot of cobwebs in corners etc. We also killed 2 scorpions, one of which was in one of our guest beds… Golf card charger had been unwired under the seat and we didn’t figure it out until the last 2 days. Overall the experience was good but a but pricey for what you get. Would’ve liked some sort of reimbursement for the scorpion situation. That could have ended badly…

The area is perfect for a getaway! Close to all the cute towns that have great food and shopping. House was very clean and had everything you needed for your stay. Had what you needed for eating in and games for relaxing. If you're going to the beach they had beach toys and chairs!! The golf cart can accommodate a large family with room to take everything to the beach not far away. Kids loved the bunk beds and arcade game. Beds were so cozy! Perfect place for a long stay or short stay

Tucked away in a friendly, quiet neighborhood, this rental was amazing. It was equipped with everything we needed and more. The beds are super comfortable and we loved the spacious shower. We sipped our morning coffee in comfortable rocking chairs followed by an easy bicycle ride since they're accessible from the garage. The beach is only minutes away with convenient parking - we watched the sunset every night! Steaks on the grill were delicious and Pac Man & cards were all the entertainment we needed.

Best home I've booked in Florida. I promise you will not be disappointed.

We definitely enjoyed our stay. The neighborhood felt like a true neighborhood and was very welcoming. I enjoyed drinking coffee outside on the rocking chairs in the morning and making s'mores at the fire pit in the evening. The oversized shower was very appreciated as well. We were also able to have some family battles with Galaga and Pac Man in the bunk room. Jake and Coast made sure we felt at home. Will definitely come back!

Our family had a great time staying here. The house was gorgeous and included everything we needed. We enjoyed having our own grill to cook some of our meals. My husband and I also loved sitting on the front porch every morning to drink our coffee. We really like the area as it is close to the beach and tons of shops and restaurants. We also had fun exploring some of the state parks close by. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. We will definitely be coming back!
