We've stayed in different units at Seventh Mountain Resort and this is one of our favorites. It's a comfortable unit with a lovely coffee bar. The set up is perfect. My husband wakes up earlier than me and closes the doors and has a great sitting area to drink coffee and read while I sleep in. It's near the end of the row of condos with a beautiful and quiet view of the woods from the top floor deck. Thank you for creating a Bend haven for us.

The condo was not clean on arrival with hair on the floor that we had to clean up. Not the way we wanted to start. The first morning we woke up to hundreds of tiny bugs dead all over the kitchen counter. In addition, we could not get the TV to work. We called on all of these issues separately but got no follow through or resolution We woke up on the second morning to more dead bus that we had to clean up. Once we got rid of the bugs we decided to leave which was a day earlier than planned. We could not stay and relax in these conditions. We called to let them know we were leaving a day early as a result of the conditions and requested a refund for the last night. They refused. Not a pleasant experience at all.

This was a comfortable place to stay!

Lots of comfort touches, Keurig, blue tooth speaker, decent cookware and Tupperware, grill on deck… everything you’d need for a cookout. Clean and updated. No issues at all! If you haven’t stayed at this resort and you love Bend, Oregon I highly recommend it!

The condo is lovely, with a few minor tweaks it would be perfect! There was no "Welcome" instructions/directions book explaining how to take advantage of all the amenities available on the property like pool, club house, restaurant hours, etc., or check out process. The bedroom is too dim with no ceiling light. There were multiple lamps and sconces but still not enough light. There were not enough towels, pool towels, or washcloths for a 1 week stay. And one last thing, the toilet is kindergarten height! With knee replacements and arthritis, it was difficult getting that low in such a small space with no grab bars for assistance. It was a quiet, peaceful and relaxing place to stay after a full day of hiking, biking, swimming, shopping, and adventuring through the mountains!

View was nice, but many things broken and missing inside the room. A little more effort on owner part and house cleaning and it could be a five star unit, but very lacking as is

Furniture and beds were comfortable. Provided adequately for our needs, but missed having an oven.

It was disgusting. Blood on the sheets, comforter, and mattress protector. The wall in the master bedroom looked like there was water coming down the wall and pooling on the baseboard. Ran my hand through it, nope… lubricant. EEEEWWWW!! The whole place was disgusting but those two substances were health hazards. It took until the next day to hear anything back from them. Even though we checked in at 4:30. I couldn’t use the comforter and I had to change the sheets myself and not sleep on the part of the bed that had blood on the mattress protector. All they did was refund the cleaning deposit. I feel with the substances found, they should have done more. Nope.
