The home was very clean and had a great tropical vibe. Beautiful view and a great place to relax. We really enjoyed it!

Overall loved it. Condo was a great set up for our family of 5. Pool was great and steps away from a great restaurant and star fish point.

We’ve stayed at several units both in Phase I & II of Kaibo Yacht Club. This was a great unit - beds were probably the most comfortable we’ve had. Unit has everything you need (we may recommend a few more dinner plates but other than that wouldn’t change a thing!). Enjoyed taking the bikes to Rum Point and the kayak and paddle board were a plus. Highly recommend- it’s close to everything but quiet from the craziness of 7 Mile.

Our little one absolutely loved making friends at the community pool, even though it was never over crowded so we were able to enjoy it too. The condo was very clean and had most everything we needed (we needed a small cooler, and one was brought over in just a few minutes). Kaibo is a little out of the way, but we honestly loved this about it. Very quite and everyone was super friendly.

Away fromthe crowds, best beach in the island with all the wildlife. The apartment was perfect, pictures dont lie on hos spacious it is. Well kept and clean. The pool and all ammenities superb. Definetely planning to come back.one advise: stop by grocery shop on your way here from airport and buy for the whole week. Most of the restaurants and groceries are over 30 min away.

This was our first experience with renting a condo. We normally do resort stays. This property was wonderful and exactly as described. Perfect for a family of 4 with a tween and teen. The unit was well maintained, clean and comfortable with lots of character making it feel homey. Lots of thoughtful amenities provided by the owners. Pool area was great. The property manager, Judy, was very helpful. We explored the island and several beaches. A rental car is definitely needed. We had a Great vacation and can’t wait to return!

The kitchen is well stocked with gadgets for those who like to cook. The pots and pans I would have preferred to be updated to stainless steel versus nonstick. A fire alarm was chirping when we arrived so we contacted Judy who immediately came to fix it! The beds were very comfortable and all the decor was beautiful. We loved to be able to walk in the mornings with little traffic. It was great to have access to bikes and kayak. We loved our time at Kaiegria and rum point and hope to return soon!

The condo was very clean, had all the amenities we needed and was very kid friendly. The location is great; we were able to walk to Kaibo in just a few minutes with Rum Point also being a short drive away! Will absolutely be back!!

We stayed on island Jan 8-15. We were originally booked at Morritts Tortuga Bay. Do not stay here. Do not let your friends stay here. The room was filthy and the appliances didn’t work. Very run down. Thank the heavens for Vrbo and this property. It was perfect. Clean. Spacious. Beautiful. The bed was so comfortable. We were able to reserve same day and spent the rest of our week here. We traveled around the island a lot but the apartment was perfect. We highly recommend and thank you for saving our vacation.

The unit is beautifully done with a view of the water which is my favourite thing. I had a fabulous weekend stay here.
