Our first 24 hours was VERY frustrating. Opened the door to pool area and set off alarms! A simple written instruction would've been helpful.
Then we couldn't work the TV, the following day was SuperBowl Sunday - we were expecting company. Ryan
was Great. Brought his own Roku stick and finally got a password from owner. Resolved on Sunday. Thermostat was hidden behind a guest bdrm door! Again nothing written down.
BTW - no basic condiments at all. Had to buy S&P, napkins, etc
The house was nice but it is not rented out much.

We had a wonderful time! The house was clean and tidy and in a great location. The pool was great

Rented this property in large part due to the pool. Pool was too dirty to use. Mgmt company contacted pool co. that never showed to clean it. Jetted tub in master had gunk come out of the jets when turned on. Hot water in master shower intermittent. Light layer of dust over much of house. No instructions for the TV/services. Asked for adjustment from mgmt co. and heard nothing from them. Could have been a lovely vacation that was dented by the issues.

The pool and patio area is such a nice spot to relax and read my book. I really liked the open layout and guest bedrooms are on one wing on the home.
I walked in to a clean and neat house with towels and toiletries stocked and ready for me.
The home is located in a nice quiet neighborhood and the drive is not too far from Flagler Beach and Daytona.
