Very nice condo , saw dolphins jumping and showing off , also saw a manatee swim by the pier beautiful sunset and loved waking up to the bay view, will stay again

Nice place for a couple to stay. Its little small for more than one couple. The location is really nice on the top floor overlooking the waterway with a boat ramp directly across the water. I am a boat freak so I could sit on the balcony and watch them launch and come and go. There are usually dolphins in the water in the morning time to watch. Not a far drive to the beaches and we were going to a concert at the stadium winch was about 45 minutes away so it was a good location for a weekend get away. I would stay here again.

This small waterfront condo is a nice, cozy unit for a couple. The host has taken great care to make the stay as comfortable and convenient as possible, providing staples and toiletries that are certainly not expectations for experienced travelers. The kitchen had adequate pots, pans, baking dishes, utensils, etc. for us to prepare our meals without inconvenience. Trash bags, dish soap, dishwasher tablets, paper towels, and napkins were all among the things provided in the unit that a host is certainly not required to provide. Even more out of the ordinary was a basket in the bathroom providing travelers with toiletries they may have forgotten, including shampoo, conditioner, shaving cream, and more. The pool area is outfitted with enough chairs that it was never an issue to find a seat. If that were a problem, however, the host also has camp chairs available in the bedroom closet. As someone who loves observing wildlife, by far my favorite thing about this location is the ability to watch dolphins in the bay from the poolside or from the condo balcony. Each day, there were multiple dolphins that stayed close enough to be able to track their movements for at least 20-30 minutes at a time. During our stay, I watch a pair of dolphin calves swimming & playing together, frequently lifting their tails out of the water as they swam in circles and dived. We had a fantastic stay, and I would highly recommend the condo!!

Very nice condo with a great view and restaurant walking distance .The hot tub and pool we’re having troubles, but the owner gave us compensation back for that. comfortable bed and very clean and homey.

We had a great time staying for 3 weeks at this beautiful condo. It had everything we needed to prepare a few meals. We did have a brief problem with the cable tv, but Hina got Spectrum over to fix the issue. The view is stunning and we really enjoyed sitting on the balcony anytime during the day. Rich

I’m local and going through a pretty difficult time during the holidays. The condo was amazing, very clean, well maintained with an amazing view. It was exactly what I needed for a nice Christmas staycation. I’ll definitely stay here again in the future.

Was nice the condo was clean. The complex itself was well kept the view from her apartment is spectacular. The only deterrent is the bridge next-door little noisy, but not from the bedroom area.

My wife and I loved our little 2 night stay at this property! We saw dolphins both days from our balcony! The place was meticulously clean and very inviting! Couldn’t get the tv to work but a quick text was followed up with an immediate response to rectify the problem! Would definitely stay here again, thanks for a great visit!

Very nice unit with amazing view of the bay! Great location, everything was as described inside and out. Arrived during rainy 2 days so didn’t get to enjoy the pool but it was sure pretty to look out on! Owner very responsive even when I accidentally called her during checking in

Thought it was on a beach, so a little disappointment when arrived. I would recommend this condo, good location, price is good and view is great. Clean and loved seeing Dolphins.

We have fallen in love with this property! I am a early riser and while drinking my coffee both morning I watched the dolphins. This was one of my favorite things to see while there. We had a wonderful day at Pass-a-Grille beach and then a even better time at John’s Pass. We will definitely be back!! Oh, and the sunset from the patio was beautiful! Nothing better than a drink, holding hands and watching the sun set! Love, love, LOVE this property!!! Worth every penny!!

We were looking for a place close to home on the water for a quick get away. This was the perfect place. Comfy bed, full kitchen, nice balcony with a beautiful view and nice pool. It was close to Mederia beach and resturaunts. We will come here again.

My husband and I highly recommend this rental. Great view of Boca Ciega Bay. Has everything you need in all rooms. Comfortable king bed, plenty of towels, and kitchen accessories. A Keurig coffee maker would be nice, but the standard worked fine.Super nice pool right on the bay with great views. During our stay, most days we were the only people at the pool. Lots of great restaurants, a mall, movie theaters located very close to property. Plenty of very nice parking and even a lovely breeze the entire time of our stay. It is just as described.

This place was amazing . I normally like to stay on the beach but the bay was breath taking . The view from the condo was great . We seen dolphins daily . It is very quite and relaxing. Some days we had the pool area all to ourselves . The pool area is very clean. Madera beach is only a 7 mins drive. Multiple places to shop and eat . Target is walking distance if you wanted to walk there . Would def book again .

This property was beautiful and perfect for us. Location very convenient to everything. The water had dolphin everyday so close. I would recommend highly.

The condo was great and the owner was easy to work with. The view of the bay was great and while you can hear background road noise while on the balcony, you cannot hear it when inside so it is not a bother at all. We had fun watching the boats that were anchored in the bay or going back and forth from the marinas and of course, watching for dolphins and other wildlife. The owner included shampoo (which I fell in love with) and the towels were better than most hotels! We had a great stay and enjoyed our time away. Would definitely rent here again.

WOW! What an amazing place, decorated with the beach theme and it's gorgeous. Everything was clean and well maintained. Everything you could need to you busy, dvd, board games, cable. All dishes/pans you could want. Really enjoyed how the sliding doors opened all the way up. Pool and hot tub where in great condition. Great location - close to everything. Best place we have ever rented!

I booked this trip at the last minute and had no problems getting confirmation and information. Check in was easy. The condo was very clean and comfortable. I loved the private balcony, with a nice view of the water. Good restaurants close by, as was the beach and shopping. For me, it was just what I needed! Will definitely consider staying again!!!

Thai place was fantastic! Great location overlooking Boca Ciega Bay where we watched the dolphins and stingrays daily from our balcony. There’s a delicious restaurant right next door. The place was clean and well stocked. Highly recommend!
