We had a great time. Property is beautiful - streets were well maintained under snow and icy conditions. Home is well furnished. Beds super comfy. Only 2 things to pony out. Carpet nails were bad all over. My daughter cut her leg on one while lying on the floor. Kitchen/dining/main room lighting needs to be brightened up. Too dark.

Awesome time at the condo. Has everything you need… even sharp knives. Perfect for a family weekend getaway.

Nice place for a large family to enjoy the mountains

Nice condo with excellent kitchen and living room open concept area. Positives: The kitchen easily accommodated multiple cooks! Very well stocked kitchen with tools and appliances! Views were nice. Comfortable beds in the real bedrooms. Being on the top floor of building. Nice long dining room table and plenty of couch space in living room for watching the world cup and socializing. Negatives: Decks are very small. Hot tub is on landing not really a deck. So called bonus bunk room is not a legal bedroom. Basically a walk in closet with a bunk bed. No ventilation. We ended up having to put someone on the living room couch instead. Probably fine for little kids. Positives made up for the negatives we loved the location and common spaces!

We just loved this spot. It was perfectly located to some great restaurants and breweries as well as skiing at Winter Park. Our family had a wonderful time, we will definitely come again! This unit was beautifully decorated and was stocked with everything one might need. Excellent quick communication and very helpful check-in and out instructions. Amazing views from the balcony and hot tub!

This condo was very nicely appointed with beautiful views. It was perfectly located close to stores and restaurants and only a 15 min. drive to Winter Park for skiing. There were lovely views from 2 of the bedrooms and living room and a nice balcony. The place seemed clean, but my son found a sock under his bed and I had read another review of someone finding a clothing item left behind, so it does make me wonder how thorough the cleaning actually was. Everything else seemed clean though.

Pleasant weekend. Well stocked unit and location great. Cleaning crew lacked...dirty towel and underwear left from previous stay... There was also a LOT of cat hair which triggered allergies.

Great place. Very well stocked and organized with top rate amenities. Nicely designed, updated and efficient space - very comfortable for a large family. Great savings with all the perks SkyRun provides - make sure to take advantage of them - we saved a lot from ski rentals, activities, airport transportation to daily coffees and treats. SkyRun staff was super accommodating. Would stay here again.

Clean, updated, comfortable, great mountain views. Lots to like about this rental. The hot tub and the TV were impressive. Bunk bed room is very small but functional, we were able to (barely) fit a pack and play in there for our 1-year old and the room stays plenty warm. Only downside is the master bedroom can get really cold as there is no floor heating in that room and it's right above the garage. All units in this townhome complex are like this, not the owner's fault. Just be sure to bring a space heater for that room. All other aspects of the unit were great! We rent a lot of short term rentals in Grand and Summit counties and this was one of the best we've stayed in.

Our family had a great time! The house was close to bike trails & family friendly hiking trails in Winter Park & Fraser. The only downside is the deck/porch is smaller than we would have liked because everyone wanted to be out there enjoying the weather & the amazing views of the mountains & valley.

My family and I loved it here! We would definitely stay here again in the future. The views were amazing. The furniture was so comfortable. They had everything we may have forgotten. Please don’t hesitate to book here. BOOK NOW!

this stay was the best experience we have ever had in the Winter Park area. if I could give a 100 star rating I would. From the check in to the check out everythiing was fabulous. getting to use the free xplorie for booking everything was fabulous. Easy to use, friendly staff and saved us money. The house was absolutely perfect. VERY COMFORTABLE. The kitchen was fantastic, you won't want for anything. the beds are top notch, perfection, I can't say enough about the whole place. We could not have been more comfortable. thank you so much for a wonderful stay.

Beautiful House, Great Location, Well stocked !

Hot tub a great set up right out the door! Was great after skiing! The kitchen, dining. room, living room set up is great for visiting playing cards etc. There were heated bathroom floors! We loved the the property.

I was blown away by the property which was even better than the pictures showed. At first I was hesitant seeing this was run by a large property management company, but that turned into a nice feature when we needed anything. Highly recommend!

We were blown away by this property. My husband and I stayed with two other couples, and picked the place because it had 3 big bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. We planned to cook several meals, and each of us brought different cooking equipment with us (knowing that most rentals have limited kitchen supplies). We were so surprised to find the kitchen stocked with every appliance and dish you could ever need... From a blender to an instant pot, they had it all. No need for all of the things we brought. Each bed very comfortable, with soft sheets and fluffy comforters. The table was huge, and was great for meals and games alike. The hot tub is definitely on the smaller side (it would have been pretty tight if all 6 of us tried to get in), but it was hot and clean. The gas fireplace put out a ton of heat, and the living room was super comfy to lounge around. The only thing we'd change was the lighting... It was pretty dark at night, even with all of the lights turned on. But it really wasn't a problem, just annoying. We would rent this place again, and would recommend it to anyone!!

We enjoyed a wonderful weekend stay at Cozens Pointe B-301. The home was very functional, well equipped, comfortable and had beautiful mountain views. Plenty of towels for the hot tub and easy check-in. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed and stocked with necessities that would certainly come in handy if you should need them. My one piece of advice would be to add dish soap to the kitchen sink. And in the bathrooms it would be nice to have shampoo, conditioner and body wash as separate products. Not a combo of soap/shampoo. And for those ppl with dry skin, lotion would be a nice addition. But we would stay here again 100%!

Great place for families. Well stocked kitchen, cozy fireplace, hot tub, and sleds. The property managers were very communicative and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

The fireplace did not work the entire time. Huge disappointment as this was a huge criteria for my family during winter Xmas. They could not get anyone to fix it over the entire trip. We also had a handle on oven that broke which they fixed before we got there and gave us a free sledding trip. Though that was generous I am still disappointed not having a fireplace the whole time especially paying that kind of price for 5 days

Great family house

We enjoyed our mini vacation. Lived in Colorado all my life and never had the chance to visit Fraser. This house was was a perfect size for us. We will be returning.

The pictures on the listing made it look bigger than it was. The bed count was only accurate if you count the sofa pull out beds. But you can't count both of them because you can only pull out one at a time due to space. The garage code did not work and management was unable to get it fixed during our stay. But over all we liked the place. Ps the oven door does not shut properly, affected the accuracy of the oven.

A fantastic place to stay whether you are looking for a quick getaway or longer trip. The unit is close to hiking trails, breweries, and other outdoorsy activities. If you are feeling a night in; they have board games, a big screen tv, and all the cookware you’d ever need. Great place to stay!

This place is amazing! This condo is the the perfect location (you are minutes away from everything fun!), has a cozy fireplace, killer hot tub, a shotski, and above & beyond customer service! This was the easiest air B&B experience with simple check in / out, quick response to any questions and super friendly staff! I will 100% be coming back for future vacations!

Great condo 5 min away from winter park resort. Plenty of room for 6 people, super clean, and everything was just how it was pictured. I highly recommend this property if u are in the winter park area. This condo offered everything my group needed for a peaceful and relaxing in the mountains. Plus, it's just the area.

I am a VP of a major hotel company and when I travel with my family I like a change of pace......however my standards are still high and I have an eye for cleanliness and overall quality. This condo exceeded all expectations. Every detail in this condo is perfection! The kitchen has high end appliances, very extensive and quality pots and pans, spices and olive oil ect. Anything you can think of to make you feel like your in your own kitchen is here. The location is the best with tubing, and skiing within minutes. Restaurants, grocery store, and brewery’s around the corners. The beds were literally the best mattresses I have slept on in years and high end bedding and towels. Every detail was thought of including a welcome gift of chap stick and hand warmers ect. When you check in to this condo....you don’t have to bring a thing. I can’t say enough about this Airbnb. It is first class! I will be back with my family for sure!!!it is a steal for the price. If your thinking of going to winter park area....book this condo now!
