The home was beautiful and so was the yard. Clean and comfy for all ten of us. Close to tube rentals but far away from the "loud crowds". Woke up to deer in our yard.

Coffee machine in both houses do not work.The hot water in barndo fluctuates from hot to cold.The toilets do not flush properly in the barndo. If you flush the guest toilet it causes the master toilet to gurgle and splash water.We had a great stay! Just wanted to let you know about the small issues :) thank you !22

Property was great! Met up with some old buddies from college for a boys’ weekend. Place was plenty spacious to accommodate 8 of us. Ease of check in/out was very convenient. Big kitchen and outdoor grill made it easy to keep everyone fed without having to run into town every night. Local grocery store in Sattler was only about a six minute drive and had everything you could really need. Direct river access was great and easy to use, in a perfect spot on the river. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone.

This property was so cute! It was perfect for our cousins getaway. We had a few adults and then 9 kids and it was perfect for all of us. Everything was clean and we especially liked that there were plenty of towels. We had a small issue and the owner came over right away to remedy it and was very nice and even recommended where we should float the River from. We had a great trip and would definitely stay again

The property was spacious, clean & updated. The TEXAS weather did what it does & decided to send a cold front through, so we didn’t get to float the river, which was easily accessible. So we enjoyed the fire pit, big yard & indoor space. I recommend.

We had a great time there. The house is very pretty. Only issues was with a house that sleeps 14 and only 2 bathrooms was challenging. And with all of us being adults nobody was crazy about the bunk beds. We had an issue with the A/C but they had someone come pretty quick to fix it. I would recommend this house to a group but not as big as ours.

We stayed in this cute home over Memorial Day weekend and it really surprised us. As soon as we walked in, you have the kitchen area which is very spacious and has all the amenities you need, the dining room table was beautiful, and the living room sofa was very comfortable. The rooms are great size and comfortable for our family. We enjoyed the outside set up and easy river access. I would definitely stay here again!
