El lugar es muy lindo, la ubicación es súper céntrica , la historia de la casa me llamó mucho la atención.
Es una casona antigua, con pisos de madera y por ende si te quedas en el primer piso se escucha muy fuerte cuando alguien camina por el segundo piso o cuando están preparando el desayuno en la
cocina. El día que yo me quedé, en particular había mucho ruido, como que estuvieran haciendo aseo a las 8 de la mañana, no se puede dormir cómodamente hasta tarde porque en verdad el ruido es muy molesto. El desayuno bastante austero y hay cosas que te cobran a parte como los huevos. Me hablaron por wsp para pedirme un depósito del 50% de la reserva, cuando por booking mi tarjeta estaba bien ingresada y funcionando, me dijeron que tenían problema con el sistema transbank, cuando les pedí que esa misma información me la dejaran por mensaje interno en booking se negaron y me autorización a pagar el total al llegar al hospedaje, esta situación me pareció extraña, al menos digna de análisis.

Las habitaciones no tienen buena aislacionismos de ruido , se escuchaba las voces de las personas en pasillos y recepción , lo que perjudica el descanso nocturno

El lugar es muy lindo, con historia, su ubicación céntrica con conexión a muchos lugares y a pesar de estar en el centro es muy silencioso, ideal para descansar. El personal muy amable y atento.

Everything was very clean. The hotel was a Victorian style house from the 19 century. Good location and super friendly staff.
At night was a little bit noisy. Not sure if it was from inside or outside of the hotel.

It is a charming hotel with the feeling of a Bed and Breakfast. Super friendly staff with always a smile and willing to help us with any request.
Driving here could be a challenge as there are is no parking only 2 spots that can be used to park but if they are taken you would need to park on the street. The hotel has cameras everywhere so I think the cars would be safe.
Since it is an old house, it is a big noisy in the morning when people walk around but it wasn’t a big problem.

It was a lovely old house and very comfortable room. The staff was very kind and attentive! The location was good and felt very safe. We enjoyed our stay overall.
We had a negative experience with the restaurant outside on the terrace, we waited an hour for our food and it was not good. We also had no service there from the staff, we had to order over whatsapp. We never complain about food but this really wasn’t good. And it was not cheap either.I’m not sure if something happened that night but we would not recommend eating there.

The room was very nice with all necessary for a one-night stay. Breakfast was ok. The place is well located, easy to find. The staff was very helpful....All in all, recommend it wholeheartedly.

The hotel is a converted old mansion which the owners to an extent have tried to capitalize on the history but could have done better to preserve the character. MDF wardrobes and real 20th century wooden flooring don"t mix well.
The service was amazing and all the staff members were really polite and you get personalised attention and they did do a fab job.
Only thing they could have done better is the amentities part like providing decent toiletries and lighting up the toilet a bit more.

Staff was great! They gave me city tips, instructions on a map and facilitated a metro card so I wouldn't have to buy one. Breakfast was delivered on the room and was very rich! Location is good with metro nearby and 10 minutes walk to city sights such as the Flower Clock and the beach.
Acoustics are not great and room can be a little noisy. Room can also be very cold, but hotel provided a heater. Good to know the hotel is not directly accessible by car, you have to go up some stairs at the end of a dead-end street.

Loved the boutique feel of this former mansion. Spacious, clean rooms. Great customer service, quiet location near the main street, and nice breakfast.
