This home was everything we hoped for and more for our group of 7. The house was very clean and the layout allowed for plenty of space and privacy while also providing ample space to gather with a group. We loved lounging in the backyard and saw dolphins in the canal on our first morning. The property manager and owner were quick to respond to any questions. Would highly recommend this property!

My husband, 2 kids and I had a wonderful, relaxing time. The entire property is beautiful! The house was stocked with everything you could need. We had a couple of hiccups (no fault to the owner) that were addressed and taken care of immediately. The owner was extremely helpful. Quiet neighborhood. We were so sad to leave. We would definitely stay here again.

Our family of 4 stayed at this property in June for a week. We had a great time. I work a lot, even on vacation, and this was the first time I was able to even partially relax on vacation. The amenities and property are very relaxing and provide a comfortable environment. The location is great. Grocery stores, restaurants, activities, and excursions are all within a reasonable distance, but property is quiet. The property owners and managers are great. Responsive and helpful. We are already looking to go back. Highly recommend.

This property was beautiful, peaceful and relaxing! The Lanai and pool are amazing, It was an excellent place to just relax! We would definitely stay here again!

With 3 kids under age six, the pool and dock were exactly what we all needed. The house and patio were plenty big enough to accommodate all of us comfortably, as we ate most all of our meals there. When we were low on a few items (trash bags, TP, etc) the property manager had it to us immediately. Be aware that there is a a fee upon checkout for electricity, which although a little different to any other rental I’ve stayed at, it is as advertised in the description. Overall, a great stay for our family. Exactly what we needed.

Great location - loved watching the traffic on the canal. Very relaxing which was the whole point of the trip.

This was a perfect spot for our family's post-Christmas getaway! There was something for everyone, but the pool just steps away from the home was the highlight for us all. This is a wonderful home in a great area. We would stay there again!!

The lanai was magical - a large screened in area with exceptional views of the water - which could be accessed in several ways. Also, there were more than enough comfortable chairs and loungers for all of us. Any question or need that arose was quickly addressed by Sigrid, the very capable property manager. Overall an exceptional experience!

It’s a very clean home,lots room outside we’re we like to relax everything you need to cook their. Highly recommend.

Relaxing home with a great pool/hot tub.....Property Manager Sigrid is super accommodating and easy to get a hold of. Master Bed is not all that comfortable.....we rented a boat from Capt. Herman and he was great! Would not recommend this property to anyone with little kids as there are a ton of trinkets around.

We had an awesome time in Florida and your property made it possible. The home is very nice, clean and well maintained as advertised. The pool area is fantastic! Customer Service was exceptional the property Manager went out of her way to provide what we needed. I highly recommend this property and we will likely be back!

Overall we were happy with the home. Home has lots of decorations. The property manager Sigrid was absolutely fantastic, beds were the best we have ever had in a rental. The only complaint we had was lack of a place to put groceries. It did work out after we removed some things from the pantry. The closets were a little tight for our clothes and suite cases. There is large mirror in one closet and in the master quite a few storage tubs which belong to the owner. So we used the "den" space to store our suite cases and some other things. IT WORKED OUT and we enjoyed our stay.

We have rented many houses in the state of Florida and this was by far one of the nicest, if not the nicest, we have stayed in. We have a large family and everyone was more than comfortable. The house was clean and well kept. The owner and property manager were awesome to work and met all of our needs. We would highly recommend this property and we hope to visit again soon.

Great accommodations for our family! We had 7 adults, 2 toddlers & a baby. This property provided all we needed for all ages. We appreciated the space of the home. Large kitchen was stocked with lots of supplies. Plenty of dishes, silverware, pans & glassware. We prepared a big Christmas dinner and had everything we needed. My husband loved the nice grill on the patio!. Everything was in working order. When the blender gave out on us Christmas Eve day, Sigrid, the property manager ran over a new one within a couple hours for us. Sigrid is amazing! She was very helpful and made sure we had everything we needed for our stay. The outdoor space of this property is top notch. We utilized every part of this home. Our sons fished off the dock. We ate big family meals on the lanai, the grandchildren swam in the pool and we enjoyed s'mores on the dock using the firepit. There are plenty of chairs and seating for a large group. We also loved the location. Easy access to everything. We had no problem getting to the Miromar Outlet in Estero for a shopping trip, Fort Myers beach for dinner at Doc Fords & ice cream at our favorite place Love Boat. We highly recommend staying at this property! We had an amazing week!

It was a little difficult at times to communicate with the owner since she is in Germany and asks that all communication be done through her via email. We didn't get our key info until the last minute and the code was wrong. However the property manager was available to give us the proper code.

The house is absolutely beautiful and well kept. I rented this property as a surprise for my husbands birthday, it was just the two of us. The house had 3 nice bedrooms and a den area with additional sleeping quarters. The one thing that I didn’t care for was the charge of electricity. We were not told about that until after we booked the property along with we couldn’t turn the air down below 76 degrees. As I said it was just the two of us and we spent most days out of the house and kept the thermostats set to 76 (which was not that comfortable for us). We still had to pay an extra 50.00 at the end of the week for using more than the allowed amount. I can only imagine how much more it would be if all bedrooms were being utilized.. YIKES. It would be better to have this info BEFORE you book this property. Sigrid, the property manager was amazing.
