Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: When we arrived, we found the house was nice. however, the biggest issue was the smell of the kitchen/living room to the point that we would only spend our time in the bedroom or outside as the smell was horrendous. We tried airing out the place however this was not enough. Furthermore, there was never enough hot water for the two of us to have showers. If these things were improved we would give it a 5 star.

Efficient Check-in. Place is quiet and comfortable with easy access. We couldn’t work the oven on the last night so instructions would be good but turning it on didn’t work. Dishwasher wasn’t balanced properly but was quickly fixed as soon as we reported it. We will book it again because it was perfect for there’s single women (one very elderly + elderly dog.

Need to just be careful of the fences if you have little dogs as little dogs can get through gaps and escape. But the house was superb and relaxing with everything you need.

Easy to deal with

A nice quiet and clean property tucked away in the hills above the golf course. Very private and comfortable and close to the golf course for any keen golfers.

Great experience, well appointed property with all modern conveniences.

It was a nice quiet location. Sadly, my Husband was bit from one of Two Dogs on the property. Better SIGNS for Guard Dogs needed, ASAP. Lights @ night is a must as a Tall person must duck down under deck which is where the Guard Dog signs are. Disliked the lack of privacy as no window covering for the kitchen. One curtain rod fell off the sliding glass door and hit me on shoulder. Sadly, zero reply back from property Manager regarding this. Bonus, the Spa was lovely. The Dogs could be secured on the front deck, but no yard for toilet @ night. So walked up onto the road for this. Sadly not a Dog Friendly Town all in all.

Bigger sign on the property would make it easier to find. A sensor light underneath the walkway for night time would be of benefit as well as a light over the dining table. OK for people without kids as nowhere for them to play. The place had a nice feel but could do with a bit of a clean up on the outside as in cobwebs, weeding .etc. Spa bath gt and bed comfortable. Inside clean . Carpet stained in areas. Generally comfortable but would not recommend or stay again.

Good clean place, maybe a heater/AC in the bedroom, a bit cold.

We had a great stay. Loved the spa and house. The only thing I would suggest is better internet. The wifi kept dropping in and out and we couldn’t watch any streaming because of it but not a big deal. Everything else was great!

However a few things that let it down, namely the supplied appliances, which once rectified, would elevate it to highly recommended. 1. Need light above dining table, a very dark spot in otherwise well lit house. 2. Borderline unusable broken kitchen exhaust. Does not slide out the way it should as appears broken. Risks falling down. Even when it does, exhaust on full not strong enough to prevent smoke detectors going off even cooking reasonably low smoke meal. 3. Dishwasher, difficult to use, trays do not slide in and out easily. 4. Air fryer, often gets stuck sliding back in and won’t then turn on. 5. One of the stove tops, igniter does not work. 6. Supplied modem, but no internet. Why bother to supply the modem???? 7. Curtains in dining area does not close open and close properly. Pulling curtains moves the rod at the top causing the whole rail to fall down. 8. There are three TVs, one in lounge is great and large but often pixelated because of poor signal. One of the Tv’s near lounge in one of the bedrooms is there but not able to be used because it has no signal outlet to plug into. I guess only useful if bringing own console or device to plug into it.

It was a delightful house, likely recently renovated. Kitchen and bathrooms well appointed. Plenty of towels and good laundry. Unfortunately the owners should probably have replaced some of the appliances at the same time and put in extra lighting where needed. It has some great features and convenient location, but also produced unneeded frustrations. I would happily highly recommend once those items are fixed up.
