We just returned from a New Year's stay at Carolina Views. The house was perfect! The house backs up to a tidal creek/marsh which provided extra privacy and amazing views. Every window/porch in the house has a view of the marsh or ocean. The house is located on one of the best stretches of beach on the East Coast to find shark teeth. It is also never crowded due to the minimal public parking and no high rise hotels. We had so much fun hunting shark teeth and hanging out on the beach. The beach access is a very short walk from the house. We stay at rental homes for vacations 3-4 times per year, and this is the best stocked house we have ever stayed in. The owner's have thought of EVERYTHING, and even stocked extras that most homes do not include (coffee pods, plenty of trash bags, paper goods, flour, oil, seasonings - even microwave popcorn)! The house is also well stocked with activities, like beach gear (chairs, toys, etc.), board games, puzzles, outdoor jenga, and a ping pong table! We really didn't need to pack much except for clothes! One of the best parts of the house is the pool, which can be heated. It was perfect for a winter weekend when it was too cold to swim at the beach. The house is newly renovated and beautifully furnished/decorated. The layout takes advantage of the beautiful views. This house is perfect for families or several couples to stay - highly recommend!

My book club enjoyed a wonderful fall weekend in your beautifully decorated home. We are all women of a certain age (70+) and appreciated the calming tasteful beach decor and the availability of every convenience in the kitchen. You are a wonderful host and have anticipated every need that your guests might have, from games, puzzles, toiletries, paper products, and hair dryers to outdoor games and comfortable seating in the breezy area under the house. We were able to use the heated pool, even in October, and the beach is just short walk across the street. The marsh views along the back of the house are incredible. Thank you for sharing your lovely home with us...when I woke up at home this morning, I wished I were still there!

Our families had a wonderful stay at Carolina Views over Labor Day weekend. The house was beautiful, updated, very clean and provided all the extra comforts and touches making our stay the perfect getaway. The house gets its name honestly because the views are amazing! Some of our favorite moments started and ended with those incredible views. The back opens up to sunsets and marsh views, while the front glistens ocean views and sunrises. Our host Elizabeth was attentive and helpful from the start providing recommendations and suggestions along with checking in to make sure we had everything we needed. We had a wonderful stay at Carolina Views! We have stayed at several rental properties on Holden Beach and this was one of the best! The house was beautiful. The outside seating area was very comfortable and well done. We had the pool heated and it was lovely. The attention to detail and the extra amenities that were provided was very much appreciated. We hope to return in the future.

The house was clean and well stocked. We appreciated not having to bring our beach set-ups as chairs, a cart, and toys are provided. The outside areas and pool are great for hanging out. Also, plenty of seating everywhere inside and out! The layout is great for friends or a family with kids. The best part are the most amazing views from the 3rd floor! We enjoyed our stay, thanks for having us.

We stayed for a "long weekend" with 3 couples with 3 children under the age of 15 months. The house was laid out perfectly for our group. We had 3 days of rain due to a storm, however there was plenty of living space for our children to play without feeling cramped. The outside area was fantastic at night for the adults. Realistically there are 3 full living areas if you include the outside sitting area on the ground level. The house is VERY well stocked from kids toys to a fully stocked kitchen with about any gadget that you could think of. The walk to the beach was also very easy. We utilized the public access as the private was narrow and had quiet a few stairs. With children and carts this made it much more difficult. The walk to the public access is roughly 100 yards but much easier access if you have quiet a bit of beach equipment/toys. Elizabeth sent us an email on our first morning suggesting quiet a few local restaurants and they were spot on. Our group loved the cinnamon rolls from Aunt Irene's, the breakfast sandwiches/burritos from Scoops, and we had a great large group dinner at Provision Co. Our group is already looking forward to returning next year and hopefully for many additional years in the future. The house is perfect for our group to "grow into" as the children get older.

The house was perfect and the host was fabulous. A lot of special touches that we really appreciated! I wish we had a whole week there, next time!

Our first family vacation since the kids have grown up and now have kids of their own! The house was very spacious so everyone could spread out. The grandkids loved the bunk room with a tv to play their Switch on. Private beach access was really close to walk to so we went to the beach every day and then topped the afternoon off at the pool. We cooked a few meals in and the kitchen was large enough that everyone could help prepare. Loved the views from the decks. Watched a storm come in over the marsh while sitting on the back deck. Herons by the dozens and even deer in the marsh. We didn’t want to leave!

This place was very nice. Short walk to the beach and lovely pool to cool off.

We are teachers on Spring Break and this was the perfect getaway! Our host delivered a spotless and homey destination. We played games, assembled puzzles, read books, and drank tons of coffee! Even though it was chilly we didn’t feel deprived because of the gorgeous scenery. Every window has some view of the ocean or marsh. There were many spaces to join together or get away and read. Beach chairs were provided and we loved sitting on the beach watching the dolphins swim. We collected shells and even were visited by a hawk on the deck. The new pool is gorgeous and the outdoor sitting area is a perfect break from the hot sun! Our host had excellent restaurant recommendations and was of great help. She went way beyond to make our trip comfortable and memorable!

We enjoyed our stay very much. Carolina Views is a lovely home, and the pool is an enjoyable addition.

This was a last minute getaway and from the beginning to end it was highly enjoyable! Elizabeth was a wonderful host in all the ways! The home is exactly like the photos and the views was superior to any view I have seen before. We can not wait to stay there again!

We just got home from a wonderful stay at Carolina Views. The home was perfect, from the set up of the rooms,to the outdoor space and the pool! This home has everything you will need. Elizabeth was a great host, she touched base with us before check-in with instructions and a Welcome Guide,to suggestions for restaurants in the area. This was our first trip to the Holden Beach area and hopefully not our last! Thanks so much for sharing your home with us!

The memories made in this house will last a lifetime. Our highlights include the breathtaking views, relaxing in the pool, playing giant jenga, walking on the beach, morning coffee on the deck watching and hearing the ocean sounds. The owner was extremely kind and available making sure all our needs were met. Having pantry items available was a huge bonus as we cooked in most nights. We loved the charcoal grill! The kitchen views made meal prep and cleanup dreamy. The large dining table transformed from dining to a game/card table for us each night as the house is stocked with games! We are avid book readers and loved the book selections available on decorative shelves. The house is light and airy, extremely comfortable, and the beds were a nice retreat after a busy day. Our teens loved the bunk room with quick access to the pool. The large tv in the main living area was great for watching a family movie. The beach offered beautiful shells, a wide depth for walking, and soft sand. We all agree this was the perfect getaway!

Elizabeth and her family have done a wonderful job updating and decorating this fabulous beach house. We had 4 adults and 2 small kids and could have easily been comfortable with a few more people. The beds were very comfortable and I especially loved the bunk room for the kids. My little ones had fun playing with the toys! The views were even better than I expected and the house was very conveniently located with a short, easy walk to the beach. The biggest highlight of the home is the brand new pool… it was perfect and the kids had so much fun swimming every day! Elizabeth was great to work with and always answered my questions right away both before and during the trip. We had a fantastic week at Holden Beach and plan to come back!

The setting of this well equipped, comfortable home is truely beautiful. We all (adults & tots) loved this home. It was the perfect place to celebrate our 50th anniversary with our family.

We loved our stay! The house was perfect. It was clean, modern and spacious. The pool (which we choose to have heated) was amazing. I for sure recommend having it heated! The walk to the beach was not bad at all (we had a 5 year old, 2 year old and 2 18 month olds) and managed it just fine. The host are awesome and very responsive and accommodating. Did I mention the marsh views??? They were incredible and peaceful!

Great house and location across the road from the ocean. Heated pool was a big plus as the temps were cooler than normal. Beautiful views of the marsh and intercoastal waterway from the very large kitchem window. The owner , Elizabeth, was wonderful to work with.

The kitchen and carport views were our favorite. We loved walking and biking along the sidewalk. It was nice that there are no hotels or big commercial buildings. The beach area faces south into the ocean. You can walk in one direction to see the sunrise and the other to see the sunset. The kids loved playing in the carport area and sitting at the dining table watching the big screen television.

This home has the ahhh factor. Everything was clean and we lacked for nothing. The toys and corn hole and ping pong under the house were a great addition. We watched a storm coming in on the back deck over the marsh. Nature’s fireworks. The sunsets were beautiful. The views from the kitchen sink window had us arguing over who was doing cleanup. The owner touched base several times. I cannot say enough good things about this home. It was a great place to stay with plenty of room and comfortable furniture and beds. Elizabeth was great to work with and went above and beyond.

We love Holden Beach and had such a great stay at Carolina Views. The home is very clean and equipped with good quality EVERYTHING. The hostess was very kind and quick to respond in all communication. One of the nicest VRBO we have stayed in. Thank you Elizabeth for sharing this home with us!

The AC went out on the main floor on our second day there, because of a storm. The owners went out of the way to make sure we were comfortable, since it was on a Sunday and the part that was needed couldn’t be purchased until Monday morning,. The owners went and purchased small mobile AC units to try to keep us comfortable. Then at 9am on Monday the AC guys were there and had us up and going quickly. We enjoyed the week and will definitely be back. The customer service we were shown was well above and beyond what we expected. Can’t wait to book our next trip to this fabulous property.

We came to HB for a week in Carolina Views. The home has been lovingly remodeled, it is comfortable, cozy and beautifully decorated. The owners add lots of extras which makes the stay even better. The kitchen is well stocked and easy to cook great meals. The location is great, with only a short walk to the beach. The house has lots of beach toys, a beach cart, a ping pong table, tic-tac-toe, outdoor jenga and a corn hole game. The marsh views were spectacular, we saw lots of birds, crabs, bunnies and even deer. We rented a golfcart for the week and our grandkids had a blast! It was a fun way to travel around the island. The house was light, bright, comfortable and fun!!! The views of deer, birds and fishermen in the marsh was stunning! The availability on games under deck was terrific plus a grille!! Just so happened Food Lion has a sale on rib eye and Holden Fish market had some beautiful scallops!!! Nice surf & turf!! The house was clean and full of windows which was great because it was cool inside but you felt outside! A plus- A POOL IS BEING ADDED! Missed it by one year. For us over 60, we are hoping for an elevator

The property overlooks the marsh/ICW and sits across from the ocean. You can easily see and hear the ocean from the deck on the front of the house, but the rear might have the best views. All you see is marsh and water from the back decks, not houses. It's completely private back there and extremely peaceful. You'll see lots of birds and even deer if you're lucky like us. The walk to the beach access was just a few houses to the north. Chairs and body boards are provided! The south side of the island, where the house is located, is much quieter. The beach isn't crowded so finding a spot to sit is easy. The house has been updated to fit with the beach theme. The interior is bright, cheerful, and really cute! I loved the floors and stairs! The area under the house has a mini ping pong table, corn hole, mega jenga, chairs, picnic table, and an outdoor shower. It's lit up so you can play at night too. The upstairs (reverse floor plan) has a half bath which was really convenient. The bedrooms are spacious and each have a great view. We VRBO frequently and the host provided more than any other house we've rented! Plus she communicated quickly and she was very helpful. We'd absolutely rent here again if we go back to Holden Beach!

Just left the most magical week at Carolina Views Vacations on Holden Beach. So many people asked where this was-and as *almost* Carolina natives-Matt nor I have ever been to Holden Beach in NC, North of Myrtle and South of Wilmington. It was a 2.5 hour drive from Mount Pleasant and we stayed in a gorgeous home right across from the beach. The home can easily sleep 10 guests, and includes an awesome bunk room for multiple families to enjoy. We soaked up all the family time doing a little bit of nothing and it was just what we needed since we have been going 100 for the past several months. The home had a huge jenga board, ping pong, corn hole and a picnic table that was my favorite to eat at with a gorgeous view. I actually enjoyed cooking in the kitchen, because with a view like that even the least domesticated housewife enjoys cooking 😆 We brought our bikes but the house offered beach chairs, boogie boards and a wagon, because if you have a family you KNOW you need a wagon. And an outdoor shower to bathe the beach away. We rode bikes to get ice cream right on the island and truly didn’t need to leave it at all. The kids didn’t want the week to end. We have done many fun things as a family but I think this may have been our best vacation yet because we truly just enjoyed each other’s company over the hustle and bustle of being on the go. ❤️ We just drove away and Matt said, there was zero arguments and fights. Our family of 5 enjoyed our stay at Carolina Views! From the moment we arrived, we felt at home. There is so much attention to detail in this home. We really appreciated the small things like the complimentary soaps in the bathroom, fresh fruit on the kitchen counter, and filtered water in the refrigerator! The house was very clean and comfortable. Our 3 kids loved the room with the bunk beds, they are perfect for kids of all ages. There were so many fun family games supplied in the home, our kids were well entertained and we enjoyed playing family games in the evening. It is just a short walk to the beach, maybe 5 minutes. The house had everything we would need for the beach from chairs, to toys and even a wagon to carry it all. We really enjoyed how private the beach felt. There were not many people around us and I think this is based on the fact that the home is not on a busy street with the canals. Our kids enjoyed the park on the island, there is even a fun splash pad for little ones. This house has everything you could think of! We cannot wait to return to Holden Beach, we would definitely stay here again! Thank you for having us.

This beautiful home is a must stay! Set a little further back than its neighbor to the right and has no neighbor to the left -gives more views from the back and side of the home. Walking into the home and upstairs took my breath away. There is a view from the far left of the dining area to the end of the kitchen. Marsh/waterway views you can't find in most rentals. Spacious bedrooms (4), 2 living spaces, 4 bathrooms, dining area, kitchen, front porch, back decks and recreation area under the home. We enjoyed sitting outside listening to the ocean waves, walking on the beach and visiting a few local sites. It was one of the most relaxing stays I have had in a long time. There is every kitchen item you would possibly need, including a blender and our hosts left us fresh fruit which was a very nice touch. Carolina Views provides an easy check in and check out process as well, we all love that! I am looking forward to staying again in the future! Thank you :)
