Nice property that is a bit tired with deco and furniture, although all kitchen supplies/needs were good. Our family was in town for wedding weekend and sleeping accommodations are not ideal for more than 4 adults. Smaller children might be fine in third bedroom that has truffle bed. Pool was very nice and added plus of having three adult bikes was appreciated for morning excursions.

The property manager, Michael was awesome, super attentive and responsive. We arrived early and he kindly let us leave out suitcases in the house prior to our check-in time, while the house was getting cleaned. Maddie, our adorable 20 month old needed a high chair and Michael bought one, and delivered it to us. Now future babies will have a high chair to use while at this rental. The only issue we experienced unfortunately was ants. Michael, did his personal best. He sent an exterminator two times to the property. Sadly, the ants decided to stick around. Besides the ant issue, everything else about the property, the management and location was delightful. 5 minute drive to the beach. Thank you Michael, for going above and beyond for us. Really, thank you.

Enjoyed a home away from home weekend. Low key by the pool with our kids. Beach and putt putt finished the weekend. Clean house and pool. Perfect size. Loved it.

Great location !!! Very cozy, clean house, accommodating, comfortable beds, we love it, great living and dinner rooms. Enjoy the bikes, there were five umbrellas but only one was good. 3 beach chairs we were 6 adults, lovely pool and nice patio furniture.Very nice kitchen. Overall enjoyed it!! Michael was very responsive. We will definitely come back.

The house is a located in a beautiful and quiet neighborhood. The house is also well balanced and the pool was perfect. Stores, restaurants and beaches are minutes away from the house.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The property was extremely clean, comfortable, and provided everything and more than we needed. The pool was beautiful and greatly enjoyed by all. We had excellent dining experiences at the nearby Watermark Grill, The Pewter Mug, and to friendliest little diner called LuLu B.'s., and Scoops for ice cream The communication with Michael, the property owner, was prompt and thorough. We look forward to the opportunity of being repeat renters as our experience was wonderful! Thank you for the opportunity to be your guests!

A great place to stay! A beautiful house, very clean and very well equipped. We felt very welcome and check in and check out was very good. The welcome basket was very nice and was filled with everything you need for this stay. We can highly recommend this property!

I had received a Naples Zoo ticket that needed to be used before the end of the year. We decided to look on VRBO for a dog-friendly house with a pool and we found it. Convenient location in a relatively quiet neighborhood. We also went to the Naples Botanical Gardens on dog day. We enjoyed the pool so much!

Nice, clean property, just as represented. Great pool and poolside area. Kitchen is well stocked for cooking. Very close to Delnor Wiggins beach. Naples Park is very quiet, we enjoyed walking our little dog. At night you hear absolutely nothing, which is great for relaxation. Tons on great restaurants around. Highlight of our trip was the Naples Botanical Gardens, Corkscrew Preserve and airboating thru the mangroves. Good communication with agent, we appreciated being able to check in early.

This was a beautiful house that was very convenient to shopping, restaurants and more importantly the beach! Quiet neighborhood that really helped my family relax and enjoy quality time together. The only thing we didn’t like was our deposit was returned via check as opposed to being held, and then released to the card we booked with upon checkout, however we received the check very quickly. With that said, we would 100% stay here again!
