We had a pleasant stay at this property. The visual presentation was accurate and it was the perfect stay for our family. The pool was a nice bonus and the water temperature was perfect. The owner was responsive but we really didn’t have any issues during our time. Few minor issues: The property has a camera inside the house facing the dinning table. Thought this was strange since I had never seen that before when renting. The pool floats were dirty and the chairs for the beach could use some updating. Also this was the 1st time they did not having a welcoming book. Having said that I would rent this property again

Lots of space and not a bad drive to most things. Clean and comfortable inside. Lots of light switches to try to figure out, the dryer might need a new sensor and the tub is super slippery….easy fixes and overall no real issues. 5 adult women long time friends had a great stay.

My family and I stayed at the house at 59 Saddler Lane, West Barnstable, MA from July 9th to July 16th. I would like to make some suggestions to the owners to improve the experience for other guests. For example: + The air conditioning did not work for the whole week on the west side of the house (that affected two bedrooms). + The ceiling fan in the dining room did not work. + A notebook with information about the switches, fans, etc. would have been very helpful. We had a hard time figuring out what switches controlled what areas. + The controls for the living room television were missing. Two days into our stay we found them under the couch. + The television in the downstairs bedroom never worked. + The outdoor shower was unusable because the inside was overgrown with climbing Hydrangea vines. Positives: + The pool was very nice + The house was near many fine restaurants + The neighborhood was beautiful and quiet Robert Schmidt
