Easy and fun. We all had a great time!

Townsend Place is a great location and the unit was a great fit for our family. It was nicely decorated and had everything we needed. Overall our annual trip to Beaver Creek was great, but it did not begin that good. To start, when we arrived at 4pm for our check-in, the cleaning crew had just arrived too. Two of them were there less than 45 minutes and items from previous occupants were still in the unit. We notifed Berkshire Hathaway of the inconvenience of not be able to get into our unit, after a day of traveling and were told that they would see what they could do. We did not hear from them again. I also let them know of the Fed-Ex envelope, child's blanket and other cloths that were left in the unit, but again nothing was done. Being fairly handy I also repaired the stuck toilet, a couple window valances and the primary bedroom door hinge that was preventing the door from closing. A little attention from the property management company would go a long way.

Great apartment and incredible location very close to the hear of beaver creek village. The apartment is very well set up, with all one needs in the kitchen and the bedrooms. Ranging from cooking utensils, Extra pillows and blankets, snow sleds, and humidifiers. The master has a large king bed and the second bedroom has bunk beds with a trundle. Living room also has fold out couch. Great communication with host. Would stay again for sure.

Overall great property. Great location, great view. Bonus that a washer/dryer unexpectedly in the unit. Two items need attention: main bathroom sink doesn’t drain and screen door is broken and doesn’t slide.

We had a wonderful time staying at this 2 bedroom/2 bath unit. It is spacious and has everything you need to enjoy your vacation with family or friends. A huge asset is being so close to Beaver Creek Village/Ski Area. Although there are shuttles - we had no need - its a very close walk. Also, the parking spot was a nice perk as was the large hot tub! Highly recommend staying here if you want to be close to all the action that Beaver Creek has to offer!

We enjoyed our stay and were happy we finally got some snow! Lift was closed so weren’t able to ski down from the unit but still an easy walk or shuttle ride to the village. We will certainly be back!

I've enjoyed staying in Townsend Place twice now. This condo is a single-story with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a full kitchen and living area with a wood-burning fireplace. It's nicely decorated with nice touches such as blankets and pillows on the couch and chair, a stocked kitchen to cook while there, and beds that will accommodate 5 people. The only thing I didn't enjoy was that the beds were very firm. The master bed was so firm that I woke up every so often and whatever I was lying on at the time was hurting (hip, back) so I'd have to change positions, then I'd wake up again with that side hurting. Other than that, it was great and conveniently located.

The building is nice but our condo had many annoyances for our summer stay. It was not clean and had a funky smell. The condo has no AC and you cannot seem to cool the back bedroom even with the supplied box fans. And, your not supposed to keep the sliding door open to get air because a bear might sneak in. The patio is small and the stick furniture was a joke. Maybe you can sit on it in your ski pants but not for summer. We also had a dining room mirror randomly fall off the wall in the middle of the night because they used insufficient hardware. It smashed a wall outlet and baseboard heater, which a repair guy just covered up. There were other residents, I assume were full time that were way too snobby for my tastes. The dining in Beaver Creek was subpar and the nicer restaurants in the area are typically booked up over a day in advance. Parking is not good for larger SUV's and you will see sportscars parked in the oversized spaces. We figured out to just use two spaces and screw over our fellow guests because of this. Consider your self warned, I would avoid this place.

There are many things we really liked about this condo. The location is perfect. It is an easy walk into Beaver Creek Village and you can go for a hike without getting in your car and driving somewhere. There are a few good restaurants within walking distance and the village has some fun shops and galleries. It is also a short drive to Vail and to Edwards. The master bedroom is large and the dining/living space is spacious. The kitchen isn't updated, but we knew that from the photos. It is a well stocked kitchen, but I wish they had the k-cup not just a large coffee maker. The beds are super comfortable (that is hugely important) and the bathrooms are efficient but small. The only thing we didn't love was the balcony/outdoor furniture. The furniture looks cute and rustic but isn't usable. There was a lot of chopped wood on the balcony but it was all over the balcony and a mess. The chairs were too uncomfortable to sit in. It would have been nice to have a usable balcony. Overall, I'd recommend this condo for a small family or couple. It's a good value for the money.

We stayed at B107 Townsend Place for Spring Break week 2021. The location of the condo was perfect for us. Ski in/ski out to Elkhorn lift/Strawberry Park and a short walk to the main village. The hot tub is huge and wonderful! Everything you could possibly want is in the condo including fluffy towels, humidifiers, a well stocked kitchen and a great decor. Our kids loved playing in the area in the back of the complex. We loved the bunk bed set up in the first bedroom and how easily it fits more than just two kids. Working with the management company was very easy and smooth. We have stayed at Townsend Place before but this condo was so much better than the other one!

Easy to ski out, short walking distance to the Village & to the Nordic Center

This was a great place to stay. So close to beaver creek village and trails. We lived it. Beaver creek is gorgeous in the summer.

Easy rental experience, manager communicated everything we needed to know well in advance. Great experience.

The condo was clean and well stocked! Bed was comfortable. It was quiet, almost never saw another person and never heard anyone. The patio furniture is not comfortable and there was alot of firewood taking up space on the small patio - perhaps that was due to not having rentals this Spring. Overall it was a great rental w very close access to the playground and creek as well as the village! Thanks!

We stayed in Townsend Place over the weekend and you truly can not ask for a better location! It is ski in and ski out, walking distance to town. A brand new hot tub, covered parking and the building is quiet and quaint!

Condo is well appointed. Easy access to slopes from the Elkhorn lift. Good to study the slopes a little before heading out to know where you want to go. Otherwise shuttles are frequent and convenient. Will stay here again when Beaver Creek is in the plans.

We had a wonderful time while in Beaver Creek! The location of the condo could not have been better! It was a very short walk to the village (even for the novice skiers that we were). Close to restaurants and the slopes. Parking was wonderful. And the condo was sparkling clean and had all of the amenities that we needed. We definitely will stay tgere again!
