We had a big family and there was plenty of room for everyone. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils. Proximity to the beach was a quick 3 minute walk. We would stay again.

Lots of space to hang out, play ping pong, swim in the pool and close to the beach!

We vacationed at Sandbridge Beach and stayed at the Lazy Day-Z. Although the house was well equiped with a pool and nice outdoor area, it was far from clean when we arrived. Samd on the floors, counter tops not cleaned, spattered spaghetti sauce on the range, and huge dust on the vents snd ynder the beds. The property manager offered to send a cleaning team, but we had already moved in! I cleaned the house on my own. It seems from previous reviews that uncleanliness is an reoccurring issue which has not been fixed!

The home was beautiful, comfortable and the kitchen well furnished. The pool is very small. BUT there was sand on the floors throughout, and considerable clumps of dust under all beds. Nice washer& dryer and extra fridge is great!

for a large family group this house was amazing! Everyone had plenty of space to either be together or get alone, if needed. Getting to the beach was easy and quick, we did not have to worry about the kids at any time. Game room, outside patio, and pool were favorites for all ages. Home was in great shape, furnished nicely, very roomy. the only negatives we found were food in the couch cushions, big dust bunnies under the beds,and the sheets for the kids room mattresses were not deep enough, so we had to double up top sheets to cover them. everyone enjoyed their stay immensely. The house was perfect for our family vacation with 10 adults and 4 children. It is a beautiful home and is equipped with everything you need to cook in the kitchen. The covered deck is perfect for coffee in the morning. The sitting area near the pool was perfect for rainy days.

Beautiful spacious interior. The games there were a great plus ! The outside patio area was Awesome. Minutes from the beach. Would definitely go back to this property

We loved our stay at Lazy Day Z. There were plenty of great gathering spaces, inside and out. The house was very well appointed. However a house that size could really use a regular sized coffee pot. The pool was small and shallow but it did not diminish our fun. We were very disappointed however, that the house was not fully clean upon our arrival. The floors were not mopped or even swept. There was a lot of sand and in all the rooms. The beach was closer than we anticipated 2 minutes!
