The house, the pool and the location are outstanding.

There were spiders found in all rooms all week. The sliding glass doors were so hard to move, young kids and my mother in law couldn't open or close them. The ceiling fan in one room was very loud and kept you awake. Toilet in one bathroom kept running and refilling. Main kitchen sink clogged. Air conditioning on main (3rd) level broke Wednesday evening. The fan and toilet and AC were fixed, with the help of Katie, the assistant GM. However, in general there were a few nights of a running toilet and loud fan and 1 night without AC in half the house. The location and pool and layout of the house were great.

Loved the location, the pool, the view of the bay, the short walk to a decked public access to the beach. I think the owner has addressed prior complaints about the interior because it was clean, well-kept, and everything in working order. Because it is a big house and on three levels, the stairs could be a challenge if any mobility issues. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this property.

Had several concerns one being a safety concern. Got there the downstairs sliding door was completely smashed with yellow caution tape across it. I was not called before arrival or nothing. After calling host on first day. Finally got call back the second day. And they said that they was sorry that I was not told before arrival. And that they had someone that was supposed to come out to fix it before we got there but they could not make it. And that there was nothing they could do about it during our stay. On top of that there was a lot of things broken in the house. And also the bathroom floor was dirty. And it said it had a foosball table and it didn’t.

The property was centrally located and more than big enough for our family

Really nice location with all the attractions we wanted to see in the area being about a half hour drive, and being a quick walk to the beach. Having the two living room let the group spread out comfortable.

The property was at a great location. Housekeeping was poor with debris/food left in kitchen cabinets, some dirty dishes in cabinets and especially dirty sheets with dog hair & sand in one bed. Disappointed with VACASA response regarding problem with information online about bedroom situations. Stated there was one bedroom with 2 queen beds which did not exist and would have caused a huge problem for us and one couple not backed out. VACASA still has not responded to me on this and I think they should as well as VRBO.

This house has a great floor plan, and a beautiful location. But, the place needs work. The rooms need to be repainted, new blinds installed. New pots and pans. New refrigerator and stove. Without a doubt...a new sink! Great place, but update please!
