Good property to be close to the course

This place was AMAZING! It surpassed all my expectations. It has all the amenities you would ever need while on vacation. The indoor pool was the perfect temperature, as well as the hot tub. The house itself is secluded so you don't feel the need to worry about any neighboring residents or guests. The firepit made for a perfect ending to each night. This place is a 10/10 and we will definitely be back! Thank you Railey Vacations and Splash Mountain for the perfect getaway!

This house was perfect for weekend get together with our friends. When I had questions or concerns; Railey quickly responded. Only complaint was the master room upstairs had ants in the bathroom, but we didn't see them anywhere else in the house. Besides that, the house was very clean. This house is really in the perfect location; 20 minute drive from Silver Tree Marina. A gas station is about 5 minutes away for gas, supplies, and beer.

Splash Mountain did not disappoint. The kids loved the games and the pool, and there was plenty of room for everyone. Great house!

I requested a call from your manager 4 days ago when I received the, so called, compensation agreement but never received one. We have been renting at Deep Creek every year for almost 35 years and this is easily our worst experience. When we arrived the bear proof trash container was rolled over and never fixed. The HVAC system was not working properly. Some rooms were 66 and others 78. We called twice but no one ever came and it was still not working the day we left. The upper level bed was broken with one corner on the floor (and the bed was made). This was fixed the 2nd day. The kitchen utensils were dirty and the counters and table were sticky. The pool heater was never fixed. We found out from one maintenance man that the pool has been down for over a month. This was more than ample time to reschedule a different unit which is what we would have preferred. This is not an honorable or ethical way of doing business and this is our sticking point. We would hate to see another family go through what we went through. For what we paid for 4 nights we expected a well maintained premium rental. It was not even close. It is now 12 days after we left. Still no reimbursement, still no call from management. I expected more.

The property and house were very nice. The kitchen was great and very workable. We were disappointed that the pool was too cold to use as that was one of the attractions for the house.
