We brought a large group of teens to Isle of Palms and this house stole the show! The place is awesome and had everything you need. There is plenty of room and great porches. The back yard pool and putting green are perfect. There are toys and chairs for the beach. The kitchen is beautiful and the open concept with the living and dining room make it a great place to hang out. The beach is an easy 5 minute walk.

Place was awesome and perfect for a big crowd. Property manager was super responsive with all questions.

We all had a marvelous time in this clean house. Lots of activities to do. Comfortable sitting arrangements and bedding. The second floor porch had new lovely swings. Sitting at night on the deck roof watching the sunset was absolutely beautiful. This was the type of vacation one dreams of having. We all had our dreams fulfilled with this location and house. The beach is one block away, or we had a choice of a great pool with a shady area. Outside shower(great pressure), putting golf, or a relaxing backyard. There are many places to find to relax. The owner Eric was easy to talk with and was very helpful. He checked in with us and answered any questions, and he took care of what we wanted or needed. Eric is a GREAT host! Excellent place to stay with a large group. Easy beach access. Something for everyone in the house. Spacious rooms. Everyone (18 + 2 dogs) had a great beach vacation.

Outstanding house, plenty of games and activities for the whole family. Comfortable beds and the house came with everything needed. Great location, short walk from the beach. View of the ocean from the rooftop. Plenty of parking. Will definitely be booking again in the future.

The bedrooms are very big, the pool is very nice (and shady), the beach is very close by and accessible. The roof deck has great views and is a great place to hang out under the stars.

We had an awesome stay for my mom’s 85th birthday with all her kids and adult grandkids. Plenty of space for all. Owner was responsive and awesome as well.

There were so many activities! Our party was a large family with varying ages and everyone was completely entertained!
