Great spot for a solo traveler with everything you could need.

Loved my stay here. Cute little tiny home, with really cute decor. Perfect spot to do some yoga in the sun room, and drink coffee in the morning. Great launch point for the adventures in the area like the redwood forests or moonstone beach, or a stopover to get to the river.

This spot was cozy, comfortable and located near A LOT of parks - local, state and national. Host was great with communication on check-in, the place was clean, and a joy to stay at. Great base for my trips to various parks. Loved my stay, would do so again.

This really is a cute retreat space! I loved the artistic decor. It had everything anyone would need. Sadhana is an artist and as an artist myself I could see how much thought she put into it. I enjoyed my stay.

I was really impressed with how much care was taken to make this little cottage comfortable. It's small, but it's so well thought-out, that it includes everything one person would need. Plus it has a super relaxing vibe. I was super happy with the whole experience.

I was passing through Humboldt County and wanted to spend a couple nights in Arcata to explore the area. This was a perfect spot to rest and regroup. It was warm and cozy and the place had everything I needed (tea, beach towel, yoga mat, water kettle, space heaters.) Would definitely stay again.

So clean, cute and comfortable. Coffee and creamer was a nice touch. I’m keeping this on my list for when I come back.

Overall very comfortable. Lots of thoughtful touches. Comfortable bed with delightfully warm comforters. Not well insulated but space heaters are very effective. Shower had strong warm water flow. Small refrigerator, hot plate, microwave, utensils. Nice sun room if you are around during the day. Things I learned: to open the blue gate, pull on the knob while pushing on the door; to find the key, pull down the little black door, where you'll find the code numbers, then pull that part toward you- the key is behind rplate with numbers. It is centrally located in being only you a couple minutes drive from most things, including the airport. I would stay there again.

This was the CUTEST tiny house. The decor was top notch and well thought out. There was also space to cook if needed, and coffee, and tea was provided. Check in was easy and it’s close to downtown, grocery stores, and gas!

This is the perfect place for one person. This cute tiny house is new, clean, quite neighbors, easy to find, and for the size has lots of extras. The owner has put a lot of thought to the smallest of details. Would differently without hesitation stay here again.

Just as advertised

I enjoyed to property tremendously. It was private, relatively quite and convenient. I was traveling for a work and this definitely beat staying at a local hotel for the same price. A coupled notes. The sunroom is not insulated and only has one window that is double paned. Therefor it gets very chilly at night, I would recommend shutting the bedroom door at night and turning on the space heater provided. Second the breakers flip very easily so be careful how many outlets you use at a time, especially with the space heaters turned on. Lastly when you shower make sure to open all the windows as it will get steamy if you don't. Overall really enjoyed my stay and will probably book again when I travel for work.

This guesthouse in a very quiet neighborhood is exactly as pictured in the listing. It is super cozy, clean, and has its own private courtyard area. As a woman traveling alone, I felt completely safe. The attached sunroom is an added bonus and it was so nice to sit out there with a glass of wine at the end of the day. Make no mistake, this is a "tiny house" so it is very small, but it's the perfect size for one person. The bed is very comfortable and Sadhana, the host, provided all the conveniences of a home away from home, down to dishes, a hot plate, and pots and pans. I'm sorry I didn't get a chance to ride the bike that was provided, but hopefully when I'm back in Arcata I'll have the opportunity to stay here again and take advantage of it then. Absolutely first rate experience!!
