This place is beautiful and amazing! Short walk to the beach, steps from all the little shops and joe was easy to contact! For sure will stay again!

This apartment is exactly as pictured, and plenty of extra linens are provided. The apartment is clean and very spacious for the number of people it can accommodate, and there is a lot of storage/closet space. The location is downtown as indicated, all walkable to the nearby stores, restaurants, and bagel shops. Probably a little too far to walk to the boardwalk with little children, but doable for my 9 and 10 year old (although we preferred to drive and park at boardwalk). It’s right around the corner from the famous Hoffmans Ice Cream, and great dining. It is important to note that, nearby there is a railroad and typical of city traffic, the train could be heard during daytime hours, but surprisingly, could not heard through the evening hours. There is a staircase to get up to the apartment and once inside it is clean and fresh. There is one other apartment on the same floor of this building, but we did not see those gusts/owners. Typical of a city apartment it was better to keep the blinds closed as the views are just building rooftops, but all of the windows have coverings, and this apartment felt safe and secure for our weekend visit.

Mr Joe provided us with a very clean and cozy place for my family to stay during our weekend visit to the beach. We want to come back soon & hope to book again with Mr. Joe. Thanks so much!!!

Joe’s place was perfect for our weekend in Point Pleasant. We were 15 minutes from Lakewood for the minor league baseball games and easy walk 7 blocks to the boardwalk and beach. Also close to restaurants and shops. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again!

We had a great time staying at Joes condo in Point Pleasant Beach with our 2 year old daughter. Our check in process was incredibly smooth and the condo was very clean and spacious. They also left us some treats and breakfast bars - very nice. The location is awesome, walking distance to so many restaurants, entertainment, and stores. We were worried that it would be loud due to the location but it was very quiet at night. Also the included parking spot was a huge plus. Definitely recommend Joe’s place - will definitely be back again soon!

Newly renovated apartment in point pleasant walking distance to lots of restaurants, shops and beach boardwalk. Spent a few days with the family there as a mini summer getaway and no complaints! Great little coffee shop Beritazza nearby not to be missed.

I would just recommend updating the listing to make families with young children aware that there is no bathtub. Also no microwave. Neither was a problem for us, but it worth mentioning so someone isn’t disappointed.

Exceeded our expectations, beautifully decorated with a lot of thought put into every detail. Love being able to go on vacation and not worry about wether or not it’s clean, it was absolutely meticulous, huge relief! The whole family enjoyed it including our children. It was a perfect location, within walking distance to shopping and restaurants. I would highly recommend this to anyone.

What a great find! Fantastic location -walked to everything -restaurants, Antique shops, (didn't go to beach but it is definitely within walking). Space is roomy, bright and all brand new - perfect for family or multiple couples/friends. Full kitchen is well appointed for longer stays or cooking with friends. We will be back!
